Ep 96: A Little Nap Can Transform Your Life!

Hello loves! I can tell you without a doubt taking a 20 minute nap has changed my day to day life! My workouts are better, I can think more clearly, my energy has increased and I am way more productive in the afternoons! When I am not dragging my butt everything is better. We need to take a cue from babies. Think about how they act with NO nap and how much better they are when they take a nap.
