Ep 85: Guilt-Free Fourth of July Dessert!

In this episode of Lean and Clean with Fitness Chef Christine, Christine shares a simple, two-ingredient recipe for a guilt-free Fourth of July dessert topped with fresh berries.
Guilt-Free Fourth of July Dessert
Ingredients:
1 container of Cool Whip (regular or non-dairy coconut Cool Whip)
1 package of sugar-free cheesecake Jell-O pudding mix
Fresh blueberries
Fresh strawberries
Instructions:
Combine Cool Whip and Pudding Mix:
In a mixing bowl, combine the Cool Whip and the sugar-free cheesecake Jell-O pudding mix. Use a whisk or hand beater to blend until the mixture is smooth and thick.
Prepare the Berries:
Rinse the blueberries and set them aside to drain.
Slice the strawberries into quarters.
Assemble the Dessert:
Pour the Cool Whip and pudding mixture into a glass container.
Decorate the top with a line of blueberries.
Arrange the strawberry quarters in a line next to the blueberries to create a red, white, and blue pattern.
Chill and Serve:
Place the dessert in the fridge to chill overnight.
Serve chilled and enjoy your guilt-free treat!
Feel free to get creative with additional toppings like shredded coconut for extra flair. This light and tasty dessert is perfect for your Fourth of July celebration!
