Recipe: Berry Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1 tablespoon unsweetened peanut butter
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Ice (optional)
Instructions:
Place the frozen banana, unsweetened peanut butter, chia seeds, and frozen blueberries in a blender.
Add 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk.
Add ice if you prefer a frothier texture.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass for a drinkable smoothie or a bowl for a smoothie bowl.
If making a smoothie bowl, top with unsweetened coconut, nuts, or other preferred toppings.
