Fat Reducing Soup-Eat for one meal a day.

1 bag slaw
1 large carrot
1 celery
1 onion:
Salt and pepper
Chop and sauté vegetables.
Add bone broth and sautéed veggies to crockpot . 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
When veggies are to desired doneness add skinny pasta and fresh herbs as desired..

Ps. You could just dump it all in but i find sauté brings out more flavor.
