Fred Kendrick is currently the Vice President of Compliance and Education at TTR Sotheby’s International Realty. In this role, he serves as a liaison to TTR’s Errors & Omissions Insurance company when agents face lawsuits. Fred is the best for this role because he knows the market and contracts better than anyone. A 30-year veteran of the real estate profession and an acknowledged authority on the DC real estate market, Fred provides market statistics and analysis to TTR and their associates on a monthly basis.
