On today's episode, we continue this theme and listen to the story of a young woman whose career in the hospitality industry was cut short by the pandemic market disruption. Giving herself only one week to figure out a pivot plan, Leslie Backoff dove into the real estate industry feet first. For Leslie, real estate was not going to be a part-time hobby, but her new, full-time career.
