Anne and Nate formed a team in July of 2007 based on a strong friendship and mutual respect for one another’s business success. Each was a successful agent in his/her own right, but both thought a team approach to the business would benefit everyone. While opposites in their approach, Nate prefers to negotiate a deal while Anne shows homes, together they transact more units sold annually than any other individual or team at Washington Fine Properties.
