Max Carbone built his consulting practice around golf - a hobby he has had for many years.
Max would sponsor a hole at a charity golf tournament, and go to the tournament where CEOs and VPs are likely to be. He'd play a game and bet them to raise money for charity, and he'd give them a copy of his book.
