At Olympic Tower, retailers occupied just twenty eight percent of the space, but reportedly more than sixty percent of the rent. Armani Exchange which least two percent of space and paid four percent of the rent, vacated six hundred forty five to fifth before its lease expired this June. There is no known replacement.
