Of course Jill is one of my favorite artists and people!! I absolutely LOVE this podcast!! Definitely my in top 3 favorite podcasts!!! Been waiting for the next episode since last July. Guess I’ll start back at episode one and binge again until they come back from this longer than I expected break they’ve been on. Prayers, love & peace sent to Jill, Aja & Laiya!!!💜

Just listened to Young Jawnin. Aja this baby needs her own podcast, book deal, some platform. She is well informed and so open minded. Great job parenting her and I know she is teaching you so much. I love this

I feel seen
This is hands-down one of the best things that have ever happened in my life. Many of the things I think of that have no one to talk to about come up on this show. Sometimes we have similar observations and sometimes I gain a brand new perspective or come across something I can think on. The topics resonate so deeply. I feel seen. I feel heard. And I love that we can still laugh and just enjoy being beautiful spirited black women and forget about the world that waits for us when this session is through. I love you ladies!!! And I know it is unrealistic to expect this show to go on forever but… I hope it never ends. Pass the torch when you’re over it or something but don’t let this show go away… like EVER!

Healing As Community
Love, love, love the energy and message form this podcast! Each time I listened I walked away with a soul stirring message. I honestly feel the connection and love all three bring to this podcast. I’ll be tuned in next season, thank you for sharing your light.

So glad I found this podcast!
I can’t remember how I can across this podcast but, I am so glad I did. These ladies provide a safe space where I feel seen and validated and heard- too often a rare occurrence for black women. The topics are timely, poignant, insightful and sprinkled with just the right amount of love and humor. I learn something every time I tune in and there is something for everyone to learn ❤️

Black people are not Monolithic
I love the podcast and topics BUT I really would love if you would stop generalizing black people. Stop saying things like black people don’t do this or that. We are not all the same. We do not all act, think, or value the same things. There is no parameter on blackness. Comments like that put black people in a box and makes me not want to identify as black at all.

Early mornings on the way to the gym/work or mid afternoon when I’m settling down for the day, I’m instantly turning on my favorite podcast ! With so much negativity surfing social media nowadays, it’s nice to hear some enlightenment from women of color with more experience than me . There’s so much I’ve learned from 2021 to now, just by listening .

I absolutely love this podcast. It feels like I’m a part of a conversation of real good girlfriends where the nuances of the world are talked about, truths are spoken, and being educated on various topics are taking place. This space is definitely needed!

Never Fails
Everytime! I mean eva-ree-time I listen I thoroughly enjoy the conversations! Like I close my eyes feel like the four of us are at brunch.
The language and love that flows between these 3 women, is beautiful! Often times, Aja and I will have the se reaction! Crazy yo😂.
Please allow me to call in and chat please. I wanna be in the conversation😩 That statement feels like Im a nerd begging the cool kids to hang with them😂
