Dr. Eric D. Olson discusses the development of MSU Denver's Beverage Analytics Lab and its collaboration with Tivoli Brewery. The lab, part of the School of Hospitality, offers students hands-on experience in beverage analysis through site visits, internships, and sensory analysis.
The lab was completed in September and features a two-and-a-half-barrel system, a bar adjacent to Degree Restaurant, and plans to utilize nearby outdoor spaces for future expansion.
