Jim Simon shares his professional journey, starting as a designer at his company, where he naturally became the go-to person for design queries. Encouraged by a colleague, he transitioned into teaching at Parsons School of Fashion, where he instructed students in Adobe Illustrator for fashion design.

Approximately 15 years later, Jim was introduced to CLO, a cutting-edge design software, by a colleague. Intrigued by its potential, he taught himself how to use CLO and eventually secured a position with the company in early 2020 after a series of interviews.
