The Matt Long Show - 2/24 Property Taxes - Who controls them?

Representative Ellen Troxclair proudly proclaimed she had lowered our property taxes last session. NOW she says that SHE can do nothing about property taxes.

Which is it? We either got "the largest property tax cut in history" or "I can do nothing about your property taxes" ?
