Tina Peters is the courageous former Mesa County, Colorado clerk who served 606 days in prison after preserving election records she believed exposed fraud in the 2020 election. Peters describes backing up Dominion voting machine data before a system update erased 29,000 records, leading to her prosecution. She discusses the suppression of key evidence during her trial, inhumane prison conditions, and ongoing legal battles. Despite losing her freedom, home, and family relationships, Peters remains committed to fighting for election transparency and continues advocating through her website, TinaPeters.us.

Lara Logan 00:00:15 It's like going to Jeffrey Epstein and asking him about his crimes.
Tina Peters 00:00:19 Right.
Lara Logan 00:00:31 Welcome to this week's episode of Going Rogue with Lara Logan. And our guest today is someone who probably needs no introduction with my audience. She is a woman whose a name is known all across this country for her courage in standing up when the 2020 election was stolen and she has just been released from prison, she has never been out of prison a month. I know you all know who I'm talking about. Tina Peters is not just, well, for me, she's not just someone that I read about in the headlines, not just someone that I, you know, posted about many, many times and asked questions about. She's someone that I respect very much and love very much because I had the chance to meet Peter, meet Tina, and work with her, when she was going through everything that was happening after the 2020 election, when the state of Colorado and the corrupt officials who were covering up their crimes in a stolen election decided to come after her.
Lara Logan 00:01:33 Why was it so important to come after Tina Peters? Well, because she was the only person in her job as county clerk in Mesa County, Colorado, who actually realized what was going on when the voting machine company, in this case it was Dominion, said they were coming in to do a system update. Right. And Tina was like, wait a minute, don't we have, like, state election laws and federal election laws? And this is my job to maintain these records. So rather than take any chances, she, she brought in a computer specialist who could take a copy to a mirror image of those servers. This mattered so much because we don't know in the general public, we know of no other service whose images were copied like that. The exact. So that you knew exactly what was on those servers before the, you know, the voting machine company comes in and does an update and what happens, all that stuff is pushed out by the new files. So anyway, you don't want to hear from me.
Lara Logan 00:02:36 That's way too long. We have this amazing, extraordinary woman here as our guest. And, in the little time that I've had with her before sitting down to do this, I can tell you that the title of her movie should be unbowed. Tina. Thank you, thank you, thank you so much for being here. I want to remind everybody about that setup. I know that everybody knows who you are, and rightly so. Okay. You have just literally walked through the fires of hell.
Tina Peters 00:03:11 It feels that way. You know, I had a I, I haven't told a lot of people this, but I had a vision of, literally walking through the fires, and I could, I could, here on the other side of this tunnel of fire, a voice that was very familiar to me. And, I don't think I've ever told you this. And I could hear it coaxing me through, and I was like, no, no, no, I'm afraid, I'm afraid. I don't want to.
Tina Peters 00:03:39 I, you know, I mean, it's fire you're walking through. And he said, just trust me. And, and I saw I walked through it. When I got to the other side, I looked to my left and I looked to the right, and there were other people, and they had flames of fire coming out of their head, which I understood what that meant. It was the oil of the Holy Spirit. So I believe that, you know, throughout this, I knew that that I was walking through the fire, but that I wouldn't get burned and it would be okay. What I didn't know is that it was take this long to be out of prison. And I kept asking God, how long, how much longer? And so,
Lara Logan 00:04:16 That it says.
Tina Peters 00:04:17 I've never told anybody that vision.
Lara Logan 00:04:21 when did you have that?
Tina Peters 00:04:22 That was years before all of this came.
Lara Logan 00:04:24 Wait. Yes, I remember you. And I think we were in your kitchen at your house when we talked about this.
Lara Logan 00:04:32 And you said to me it was going to be okay. And because it was so, it was in one sense, these people are so corrupt and they're so evil, and it was so critical to them to have that evidence suppressed. Right. And to maintain this lie that the 2020 election wasn't stolen. So so you knew on the one hand that they were throwing the full force of their might and their weight behind this prosecution. But it was so unjust, and it was just so insane that they would take a woman like you, who had been a pillar of the community, a gold star mom, you know, who I was respected by everybody in your county. You were liked, you know, and, you were a good boss. And you you did. You were a model citizen in many ways. You did your job. I mean, you stepped up, you ran for office. You know, you did all those things. And I remember looking around at the life that you had built, knowing that your dad was sick and struggling and, you know, and you'd lost your son and, and all the other issues that you were going through and just thinking they couldn't possibly put somebody like you in prison.
Tina Peters 00:05:44 You know, this is not the way I envision it happen. I envisioned when when I was suspicious about the 2021 election because Trump won in our county and then it was the 2021 election. So I was I was in charge of I was elected official in charge of five divisions, and one of them was elections. I started I ran for office to shorten 3.5 hour wait times, because I knew as a business owner for 32 years I could do that. It was very simple, you know? but it was later on, as an elected, elected election official, in my county, that I became suspicious. Not after the 2020 election, after the 2021 municipal election, April 6th, there was six months.
Lara Logan 00:06:31 So it was November 2020. And then it's just a few short months later. You have this you have this municipal election.
Tina Peters 00:06:36 And it was so obvious to me when I pulled the election results that night that those candidates could not have won. It was.
Lara Logan 00:06:45 It was, remember, that.
Tina Peters 00:06:46 It was impossible.
Tina Peters 00:06:49 the people that won, no one knew. It was kind of like the Biden basement type scenario.
Lara Logan 00:06:54 And some of them kind of get wind early.
Tina Peters 00:06:57 They were.
Lara Logan 00:06:58 Do you remember that, that a few of them were sort of celebrating that kind of thing before the official results were official? You're right. Do you remember.
Tina Peters 00:07:05 That? Yes, yes. One of the girls was at one of the watch parties. Yes. And they were telling they she overheard a phone call. Yeah. Where the candidate and his. His agent said you won and told him by how much? And that's before I pulled the election results at 7 p.m..
Lara Logan 00:07:21 Yes.
Tina Peters 00:07:22 So I knew there was something wrong. That was in April of 2021. April? In May, the Secretary of State was coming to do what they called a trusted build.
Lara Logan 00:07:33 And I love these euphemisms. Right. Trusted build. So they choose a word like trust so you won't question it. And it build is innocuous, but what it really was, a trusted build is where they're they're just getting rid of old files.
Lara Logan 00:07:47 So there was a wipe. And when you do that what update. Right. And as the new files are coming and in, taking up new space. They're pushing all the old stuff out.
Tina Peters 00:07:53 They completely wiped 29,000 election records. We found out later. I just did. I just backed up the election files because I wanted to make sure. Because I'd taken an oath to the to the US Constitution and the Constitution of Colorado to protect election files. Yeah. And, so I just wanted to make sure that everything was preserved. I did a before image and after image. and when the cyber experts compared the two, that's when that's when everything exploded and they came after me.
Lara Logan 00:08:26 So this was such a big problem because nowhere else in the country did they have that, those physical records. And everybody wants to say, you know, there's a lot of people that want to say that, oh, it's not the machines, right? It's all the dead people on the voting rolls. And yes, the voting rolls are a big, big, big problem.
Lara Logan 00:08:43 Yes. And we know that it's all the, you know, illegal immigrants, all the dead people, all the rest of it who are voting. It's all the mail in voting that we know, right. But what? What they want to. They want us not to address this issue. That really what we've done is take something that is you know what, arguably one of the single most important things that we have, right? That it secures and guarantees all of our rights and everything. And we have put it in the hands of something that is non-human. That's right. Right. Because those machines, none of us speak code. We don't. I mean, all those election officials that are out there certifying election results. And I go to vote. And I live in a county in Texas where they say that we do paper ballots. Yeah, we do do paper ballots. We sit, I sit down there and I make my little mark, and then what do I do?
Tina Peters 00:09:32 Tina, you put them in the machine, I.
Lara Logan 00:09:33 Get up, I walk over to a machine, and I stick that ballot in the machine. And what comes out is a QR code. How many people do I speak QR code? No. Does anyone work? I actually say to the go running the machine, what is this? What is this say, oh, you can't show me your ballot, I said. But it's a QR code. I said, you read QR code, can you read my ballot? And she's like, do you want to talk to the supervisor? Nobody wants nobody. Nobody. Nobody wants to talk.
Tina Peters 00:09:58 There's too much secrecy and there's too much secrecy in the in the process, in the proprietary. They call it software in these machines, and nobody is allowed to see it. What we showed in the reports that came from the images that I did was that there were 29,000 election records completely erased. There were 36 wireless devices in machines that were touted as being not being able to.
Lara Logan 00:10:25 Yeah. Don't you remember that big thing? Nothing.
Lara Logan 00:10:28 No machine is connected to the internet, right? Yes. Lies. Yes. One lie after another. After another. And how did they get away with it? They did what the judge did in your trial. They just don't allow the juries to hear it. That's right. They don't allow it to come into the courtroom.
Tina Peters 00:10:41 Yes.
Lara Logan 00:10:41 That's right. So people didn't know that as county clerk, it was your job to preserve those records in your case, because the judge didn't allow them to know that. Right.
Tina Peters 00:10:50 And so two of the things that the that the mainstream media tries to say is that I tampered with the lecture equipment, which is really interesting, Lara, because not any of the charges were breaching or tampering with the election.
Lara Logan 00:11:03 No, that's just the court of public opinion. That's when they feed these lies into the media and they just print them.
Tina Peters 00:11:08 The other thing was that I had an unauthorized person there, that did the image. And that's another lie, because according to the law in place at that time, I was allowed to have as the elected official, I was elected by the people.
Tina Peters 00:11:21 I didn't have a boss. I was elected by the people I was allowed to have anyone that I wanted in, in my office to do whatever I.
Lara Logan 00:11:29 As long as they was supervised.
Tina Peters 00:11:31 As long as they were supervised by me or a person in my office that had authorized.
Lara Logan 00:11:35 Access. And now they said that person had to be vetted. But that's not a crime. That's just a policy.
Multiple Speakers 00:11:41 You know, here's something interesting. Americans love sushi, right? Over the past two decades, raw fish consumption is just skyrocketed. Sushi basa everywhere. Millions of people are now eating raw fish on a regular basis. You can get at the supermarket, you can get it everywhere. But there is a terrifying risk that is hidden in sushi that most people just ignore. And it's very simple. It is parasites. Salmon, which is one of the world's most popular fish, naturally contains dozens of parasites. Many of them are microscopic, so you can't see them. They're completely invisible to the naked eye, and they're nearly impossible to detect.
Multiple Speakers 00:12:21 So what do they do? They slip into your body, they latched onto your system, and they quietly multiply for years before symptoms ever show up. And that's if your doctor can figure out exactly what it is. Right. And it's not just seafood that you have to worry about. There are millions of people who are exposing themselves to parasites. oh, right in their own living rooms through their beloved pets. I'm guilty as charged. Whether it is kissing your dog. Yes. Regularly. Letting your cat sleep on your bed. I can't keep them off. Or simply cleaning a litter box. We do that a lot with at least eight cats in my house. Microscopic parasite eggs are incredibly easy to accidentally ingest and transfer to your gut. It's not something that any of us want to think about, but we really do need to think about it because it is affecting our health. And so that is exactly why leading medical experts like Doctor Peter McCullough and doctor Lee Merritt are urgently sounding the alarm. An annual cleanse, which I confess I've never done, isn't enough anymore.
Multiple Speakers 00:13:30 If you eat out and if you travel, if you love seafood or you share your home with pets, your body needs a strict preventative defense routine 3 to 4 times a year. To stay clean and protected. You need purge. Advanced parasite cleanse I love it, actually, I've started using it. My husband is using it. I'm trying to talk my children into it. Don't flood your body with harsh and synthetic chemical prescriptions that completely wipe out your good gut health. You don't want to be. You know, that was like chemotherapy in the old days, right? Tina Peters 00:15:35 Well, you know, the the Secretary of State had an email that came out giving Cova Covid regulations or Covid rules, and they use that to try to say that I violated a an order by the Secretary of State. Secretary of state was never my boss, Lara.
Tina Peters 00:15:54 She was also elected, but she had different duties. We were never allowed to present that in court. We were never allowed to present that. It was my duty to preserve these election records by federal law. So then you come in to the Supremacy Clause, you come into a state can't prosecute me for fulfilling a federal duty that was put on me by federal law.
Lara Logan 00:16:16 And because you had because you have state laws regarding your election results, but you also have federal laws, and you have to preserve those records for, you know, according to the law, for both of those, you're responsible for both of those things. She's the secretary of state for the for Colorado. Right. But in your county, you are the senior official. That's right, that's right. Okay. So I do want to talk about the case and some of the nuances. But I do just also have to say you look fabulous. I mean, you haven't even been out of prison a month. Seriously? Yeah. And I'm I'm I'm not going to say how old you are now.
Lara Logan 00:16:55 Right. That's okay. Trump says I'm. I'm three years older than I really am. So. So how old.
Multiple Speakers 00:17:02 Are you, really?
Lara Logan 00:17:03 I'm 70. It's just I've been fighting this since 20, 2017. Really? They. They tried to get rid of me because the people that were in that office were Dominion employees. in your office, in the county that that I was elected to. It was a big upset. And they tried from the very beginning to have me recalled to do all kinds of things. So you were in the fight really because of that? Been in the fight since then? and, I don't know what I expected, but I'm just so, I'm just like, so blown away by you that you are still so strong. How? I mean, I know that you've been through hell. I know that there were very dark times. How long were you in prison? In the end, just four months shy of two years. 606 days. 160. Not that you were counted.
Lara Logan 00:17:58 Every day, every day, every day. I did something to secure my release and to be a voice for the women that were in there. There were also fighting for their life. It's terrible isn't it. It's a horrible thing that no one should have to experience. But, you know, it's interesting. And I've had to reflect on this. it served a good purpose because it showed the, It just showed the harshness of what? Someone in power that's illegitimate. And I'm talking about selected people that are in our government that were not elected by the people. Because of these fraudulent machines and processes. What they can do when they're in power. And so every day, Lara, that drove me, that drove me. I describe it as being a a horse and a starting gate for a race. And every day when I would see people like Mundy or Spanberger or, you know, all these people get elected. And I said, there's no way they got elected. I know how this works.
Lara Logan 00:19:05 So after after five years, it became the five year anniversary. I was still in prison and, of of doing the images and revealing three reports, Mesa County Report one, two and three, that of course, people can see on my website. Tina Peters us. I was I was discouraged. I have to be honest with you, because I always believed that what we had uncovered would change everything, would change everything. And here it was, you know, May 23rd of 2026. And so I wrote I wrote two letters. I only wrote two letters while I was in prison. I wrote a letter. Another letter, two letters to President Trump. And I said, I'm really discouraged because of, you know, it's almost like what I did didn't matter. And I went through all of this, and was it worth it? I had Jenna Griswold saying, if you'll just recount. And she was the secretary of state of. Yeah. Yes, I she she would she said in the very beginning if you would just renounce, recant, repudiate what you said on Facebook Live about.
Lara Logan 00:20:13 And what I said was that these machines need to be more transparent to the people and not be allowed to do what they're designed to do, when I wouldn't, you know, take that back. In essence, she went into a judge, a crooked judge, and had me removed from my elections office. and then I had another opportunity with a person that I knew, a close person to me that had access to the Biden administration that said, you know, we can make all this go away. And they it was like the the devil coming to me with a deal. And I said, what would I have to do? Just say that. Just say that you were mistaken. And I said, but I wasn't mistaken. And they said, well, I know, but just say, well, just say that you lied. And I said, but I don't lie. Oh, everybody lies sometime. And I looked her right in the face and I said, I don't. And I believe that truth matters.
Lara Logan 00:21:05 You know, my show is called The Truth Matters. And I believe that if you always tell the truth, you never have to worry about what you said. At my age, that's very helpful. But, but but you you know what? What is the what is the result of telling the truth? You know, what are they going to do? When I was in prison, Lara, I was I stood up for the truth, you know, and and some people were very fearful. The women had been taught to be very fearful. And when I would, when I would try to help them and, and empower them, they would say, well, you know, we're afraid. And they said, we're afraid for you. You know, if you do this to help us. Yeah. And I said, I said, what are they going to do, throw me in prison? Oh, I'm there already. What are they going to do, throw me in the whole lot? And therefore it's never, you know, it's never as bad to stand for the truth as it is, as it is to live in fear and and hide and cower.
Lara Logan 00:22:14 That would be something that you cannot endure because you're living a lie. You're living a lie. And, you know, we have a short time on this earth. And I remember I used to speak and say, you know, all I want to hear at the end of my life is the words from God. Well done, good and faithful servant. And one day I was speaking and I could hear the Holy Spirit in my head say, you know, read the rest of that verse. And this is what I would say to anybody out there. It says, because you've been faithful in small things. I will give you governance over much. So when you look at life that way and you look at it kind of like an adventure, but that you are tasked with your own personal, purpose. When you discover that purpose and you raise your hand and you say, you know, pick me, you don't count the cost. It's like when a warrior goes into war, they don't count the cost.
Lara Logan 00:23:20 They don't say, well, I could die and maybe I shouldn't go. They say, I'm going to go do this because it's the right thing, a worthwhile thing to do. And, you know what I went through? I would never wish that on anyone. Anyone. But look at what happened. and, you know, I bring up our friend Charlie Kirk. Right. You know, as horrible as that was. And the Bible says, unless a seed dies and falls to the ground, it can't produce much fruit. And what I've seen from me being in prison was more people speaking about it, more people seeing the injustice, more people hearing the truth. And that was because of the injustice done to me. So the suffering was great. You know, it was a loss, a loss of over two years of my life, the loss of my husband. They tried to take my house. They, you know, all the things that I experienced. But it's all for the cause.
Lara Logan 00:24:20 It really is all for the cause. And. And I don't know how to tell your listeners how important it is to be part of something. Be part of something great to stand up and, and be part of something great because that outweighs the cost. that you have to endure. It really does. It's incredible.
Multiple Speakers 00:24:46 It's true. I mean, you're right, but it is incredible to hear that. Just knowing how much you've gone through, you know, just knowing what that, has taken from you, knowing that your father died the first night you were in prison. All right. You weren't able to be with him, you know? And, I know this has hurt your relationships with other family members. I won't go into detail because I'm sure that's your personal, you know, but I just. I know that it really has cost you in more ways than people see. And and so to hear you say that, it's just it's it's quite something. And the thing about most people is that when.
Lara Logan 00:25:25 They, when they're afraid and when they're pushed like that, you know, they give in to that fear that it controls you. If I had given in to the fear when I was in prison, if I'd given in to the fear of other inmates, I mean, we would be literally bumping chest to chest. they were going to hit me. They were going to, you know, I mean, I did have, one person that was it was shown the video. Was that.
Multiple Speakers 00:25:50 Crazy.
Lara Logan 00:25:50 Person that attacked you, right? You know, but I had several women that were ready to hit me, and, and and there was something about me that I don't back down. I don't back down. There is no fear. And the only way I can say that is it's supernatural. Because, I just I just don't. Some people will go toward the fire and some people will shrink back. And I think the worst torture is to shrink back. The worst torture for me would be to live in fear of what may happen, what they'll do to me.
Lara Logan 00:26:24 Oh, I don't want to be Tina. Peter. Oh, I don't want them to throw me jail. I don't. We have a First Amendment right to say what we want to say, to redress our government. To where? Redress of grievances? Yes. To stand up for our rights. And if we don't stand up for our rights, you know, we're going to lose this country. And we've talked about that. What happened to consent of the governed, right. I mean, you got most of the country wants to Save America Act passed, both Democrat and Republican, and we can't get it passed. What that tells you that the people who are in Congress, and not all of them are some amazing people there, you know, but what it tells you is that Congress as a whole is not serving the people. You're standing between the people and what they want, like and and why is that? The foundation is the vote. The foundation is the stolen vote. The voting machines, the Mail-In ballots, all the things we wouldn't have to worry about the border.
Lara Logan 00:27:22 We wouldn't have to worry about people being murdered by, By convicts released from Venezuelan prison jails. Yeah. Right. Yeah. We wouldn't have to worry about all the loss of life, all the violence, all the things that have happened. If we had true representative government. And so to me, all these problems can be, be, can be solved by fixing our machines, by fixing our election. But that's why they came after me. They knew that their secret could not be kept. Yeah. Yeah. If the information in that you, recorded that you captured came out, their secret was in danger of being exposed. Okay, so that evidence never made it into the courtroom? No. And I wonder if that played a role in your release. Because you have an appeal. Right. Or you had so had an appeal. The, the appeals court did rule that. And keep in mind that Soros and you know this well that he had in 2013 and before he had an initiative to put Secretary of state's don't even knew what a secretary of state, the Secretary of state's in office all.
Multiple Speakers 00:28:42 Over the country.
Lara Logan 00:28:42 Just like he did with district attorneys. Exactly, exactly. So you had all these little SARS puppets that were all funded by his network, his industrial NGO, industrial complex, I call it. Right. Yes. There were all his little his little puppets. That's right, that's right. So when you talk about especially Colorado, because I believe with Dominion having their headquarters here, it was the test pilot basically for elections. Smartmatic was in LA. Exactly. And so when you talk about the, the courts, we appealed it. The appeals court said that, yes, that the judge should not have sentenced me, according to my speech about my views on election movement legend. So they they remanded it back to that same judge for resentencing. I mean come on. Right. This is a this is a man that gave me nine years whereas another person, a Democrat senator in Colorado, in May she got probation for the same thing, you know. so it was remanded back to him.
Lara Logan 00:29:53 We took it to we've now taken it to the Colorado Supreme Court. And the interesting thing about the Colorado Supreme Court, they're the same ones that tried to then, Norma, the Trump case tried to keep Trump off the ballot. Yes. I mean, so there's, you know, that tells you all you need to know about the Colorado Supreme Court, right? Imagine you could try and keep the president of the ballot in a presidential.
Multiple Speakers 00:30:16 Election.
Lara Logan 00:30:17 By some. I'm sorry. Betty. Woman. Right. Have you seen all the videos released and all that stuff that she's got it in her.
Multiple Speakers 00:30:24 Garden at.
Lara Logan 00:30:25 Night and she's crazy. She's crazy. That woman is crazy. Yeah. And that's who they pick. They picked the crazy people. Because when they get investigated, journalists go down a rabbit hole and they find. Oh, well, she's a crazy person. Oh, this is a homeless person. Oh, this is a disturbed young trans kid, right? And and boom, it ends right there.
Lara Logan 00:30:43 Yes. Yeah. Yeah. And you never get the truth. No you don't. It's just the patsy that they put forward. And so. Yeah. I mean, the Colorado Supreme Court has shown its colors, but it shouldn't even. It shouldn't even be that way. Because one of the things you pointed out to me when I was in Colorado with you is that Colorado people think of it as a blue state, but it has not been a blue state for very long. No. And it really isn't a blue state now. It's been captured. So with it being in the Colorado Supreme Court right now to get my convictions overturned, I'm hoping that they have learned from the Supreme Court that in a nine Zero ruling that they're not going to prevail in violating my First Amendment right. But even more importantly, the Supremacy Clause. The Supremacy Clause says that if a person is acting according to federal law, then the state cannot prosecute them. And that's the short version. Yeah. so by preserving federal election records, because this was a federal election, the 2020 was by preserving federal election records.
Lara Logan 00:31:52 That was a mandate and a law put on me when I took the oath to the US Constitution to abide by the laziest constitution, which you took when you took office. That's right, that's right. So Colorado should never indicted me, and they were very careful not to indict me on anything having to do with elections. I didn't tamper with the election equipment or breach the election equipment like the the mainstream media says. And I didn't have an unauthorized person in there. just like the law says that, you know, I could have anyone I wanted in there. But that's how the mainstream media influences. There were over 700 articles above the full color articles, front page defaming me by the local, oh, how are you a public enemy number one? Because, good lord, I mean, they everything they could throw at you, they threw you, they demonized you. I mean, they hounded you. They and you didn't stand a chance in the information space because all of the media was, already, you know, number one, they were going to defend the 2020 election to the death.
Lara Logan 00:32:58 Number two, they could not admit to fraud in any way, shape or form. And number three, they, they listen to these people blindly and they and they wanted to put a scare. They wanted to use me as a sacrificial lamb. Actually, Cody Davis, who was the one that, came out and said even to the one of the guys running for governor right now, Victor Marx, that, you know, all these things about, about me and the crimes I committed, I took him, I took the commissioners. All the evidence. And they did nothing with it. I took it to the D.A., the district attorney. He did nothing with it. You know who they called to to corroborate, what the truth actually was against what we put out. Dominion. Is like. It's like going to Jeffrey Epstein and asking him about his crimes, right? Yeah, yeah. It's unbelievable. Okay, so tell me something. What is it? the the very obvious question, but one that is still very interesting.
Lara Logan 00:34:05 what is it like for you now? What was it like that getting that news that you were going to be released? Could you believe that? You know, I've been told so many times, Lara, just two more weeks. Well, I was first. I was told you won't go to prison. There's no way you'll probably get probation and all that. So when they handcuffed me in front of all my friends and supporters and in that courtroom, was that brutal? That was really brutal. That was the first time I really broke, was when they took me down that long, long corridor, down to the basement, to to the jail and then closed those loud, very loud, heavy steel doors. And I that was the first time I really just broke down. Just completely. Just all of me just broke down. but because you have faith that the government and the justice system is going to do the right thing, and it failed. It failed because of corrupt selected people put into office and their puppet masters pulling the strings and funding them and orchestrating it and organizing it and using their little lapdogs in the media to cover it up and give them the space to operate and then do everything to come after you so that you can't fight for yourself.
Lara Logan 00:35:23 I mean, it's a it's a playbook that is very familiar now to many Americans. I mean, we weren't allowed to call, one of the major players in Dominion that had set. They had sent emails from Serbia over to, to Denver and all these places to to say, we've got to take care of this person in Colorado. I mean, they were very afraid. They that that the information that we were putting out, again, information that the judge kept out. Right, right. All of it. They were sorry, Andrew. Up to you. They were afraid the invasion you was. They were afraid. They were afraid it was going to get out. So they tried to silence me and, and silence every American that questions and make me an example to all. This is right before the 2020 election or 2020. Yeah. 2020 election or 2024 election. They wanted to silence me. They wanted to set an example. This was October 3rd when I was sentenced. We tried to get it moved to after the election and they said, and the Da said, no, we want to send a message to everyone out there.
Lara Logan 00:36:30 He said that right on NPR. so say January 6th, right? I wanted to send a message. Right. Put all those people in there to orchestrate the violence. So being in being in prison, being in jail first two different jails, then going to prison. being mistreated there all along the line. I was a target. but I was able to win over, you know, a lot of the correctional officers, they started seeing by my behavior and, you know, they started seeing the truth and that you weren't a criminal, that it wasn't a criminal, you know? even the inmates would say we deserve to be here, but you don't deserve to be here. And, you know, and I and I stood up for them. I stood up for them and I helped them know their rights. What were the conditions like? Strip searches all the time. Invasive? Yeah. Well, it was, you know, every time my attorney came, every time I got a visit. You got strips? Every time? Yes.
Lara Logan 00:37:32 Every time. Is that normal? I don't think it's normal. but, you know, just the conditions that you had to live under. We they woke us up at 5 a.m.. Everybody up. you know, you had to do standing formal count through to stand up in your cell with your ID, state your name and your and your ID, your doc number. And that happened three times a day. we were given five minutes to be wherever we needed to be. So they would call Chow. They would call Medline. You had five minutes to get dressed. Get out the door and be on your way. And to arrive where you were going? Yeah. There were. There were some. Instead of focusing on the the harsh treatment. I tended to focus on the good things. There was these wonderful little squirrels that we talked about that you could feed, that you could feed. until they found out that it was that we enjoyed doing that. And then they made it as bad as an assault if you fed the squirrels.
Lara Logan 00:38:40 Yeah. Couldn't pick the flowers. That was also, a seal of COPD, one where you would be charged with, the same thing as if you assaulted someone. And they took they really took, tried to take the humanness out of, friendships. And, you know, they they made everything seem very sexual and dirty. If women wanted to be friends with each other, even if they weren't, you know, if it wasn't that kind of thing, you couldn't hug, you couldn't, show any kind of affection. It was. It was very dehumanizing. amazing part is that they you dehumanize people, and then you ask them to come out and take their place in society and be decent humans. But you've just told them that they're worthless in society. Looks at them as less than nothing. Yeah. Yeah. For years. And they're supposed to somehow come out of that. How are they? they don't want them to know their rights, and they want to treat them how they want to treat them.
Lara Logan 00:39:40 You know, and a lot of the correctional officers, if you can, you know, it's easy to understand why someone would become a correctional officer, because it doesn't pay a lot. So it has to be another, reason that a lot of these people do that. You know, whether they were bullied in school or a way to be have power over other people, you know, that sort of thing. You know, when we were having dinner earlier, you, we had salad. And you looked at that tomato. Tomato. Yeah. so for two years, I never had a tomato. Until one day, a woman who saw a little rogue plant that worked in maintenance brought me this little cherry tomato. And I kept it in a cup for three days and just would just look at it before I ate it, because it was so precious. I could smell when we were saying grace at the table. I could smell the salad Bologna. I could smell the cucumber, you know, and and it's things that you that you take for granted every day.
Lara Logan 00:40:47 People. I think if I could sound the alarm about anything, it would be that we're a very pampered society. We've been lulled to sleep thinking that, oh, that happens to other people. That'll never happen to us. That'll never happen to us, you know. Yes, it will. It will if we don't stand up. You know, Iran will bomb us If President Trump doesn't get rid of, you know, those kind of things that people don't understand that these are really real threats. You can't live in, in, you know, lala land. You've got to understand how dire when they steal, there are elections and people that don't have our best interest at heart take power. It's not for your benefit. It's. It's not to make a better way of life. It is to to control and overwhelm, empower and destroy this nation. And we. It's interesting that you say that, Tina, because what I see now is one election after another after another after another is being stolen.
Lara Logan 00:41:53 Yes. And it's right in front of our eyes. And that, to.
Multiple Speakers 00:41:56 Me.
Lara Logan 00:41:56 Is part of an organized, orchestrated, well-funded campaign to make sure that the Democrats and the traitors within the Republican Party who work with them, the globalist, progressive Islamist alliance of people. They have no intention of ever being this vulnerable again, because right now we haven't seen accountability. But it's possible still. And what I see is a campaign they don't ever want. They're going to do everything they can to make sure that they are never, ever, ever in a position where anyone could even think about holding them accountable. That's right, that's right. They have gained so much power while we've been asleep, you know, allowing them to pass laws to raise our taxes, which wasn't voted for. But somehow that law got got to have in my hand. Colorado. Right. I mean, there was yeah, it's Solomon, Arapahoe County where they cheated. Yeah. And on an on a down ballot issue. Right, right.
Lara Logan 00:43:02 Which was can you explain it. Well, so that was that's just one of the counties. There's over 2000 Counties that our team is looking into. Where there are issues that have been put on the ballot. That are not characteristic of the people, the people representing the. What it is that people voting against their own interests. Exactly right. Like there was a cap on property taxes, and it made no sense for people to vote against lifting that cap, especially after those same group of people, let's say Republicans, Republicans would vote for, you know, no, no, no on certain things that would take their liberty. But all of a sudden, surprisingly, they voted to raise their taxes along with the Democrat. It's not going to happen. Republicans don't do that. It's not going to happen. And since then, property taxes have increased by how much? I think it's like, like over 50%. It's, you know, which is hurt, which has been a strain. Right? Very hard for Democrats and Republicans, for all families in Colorado.
Lara Logan 00:44:08 So it's like it's a little thing that's further down on the ballot, you know, that you don't really know. You may or may not really know what you're voting for, but it has such an impact. Right. And it practical impact on people's lives. And then and so you have all these people, Democrats and Republicans, who are voting the opposite way on everything else on the ballot. But when it comes to that one thing, oh, magically, everybody's in agreement, right? That's how, you know, because people will say, oh, there's no evidence of fraud. But when you look at things like that, you know, it's a lie. Because when experts go through that, it's the, the, the chances of winning the lottery seven times over is, is more likely than then that happened. The math, the math of of of what happened in the elections. So, you know, you don't even have to prove that. And that's one thing I was talking to at a at a election summit in Vegas this past week and you don't even have to.
Lara Logan 00:45:09 So they the other side. And when I say the other side, the globalists, the people that hate our country, that want to take it down, wants to try to paint us in a corner and say, well, show us how it's done. We don't have to show you how it's done. We can show you the math and show you that this is mathematically impossible, that this could happen. You show me how it is not possible. And I think that so many people keep getting information, getting in there hungry. I want to know, I want to know, I want to know. And it's frustrating for me because we've already we've already shown enough evidence for people to know the truth, for people to know the truth, you don't need any more evidence, but they're still denying it, and they're still clinging to the fact that the judges wouldn't allow it into the courtrooms. They wouldn't even allow it, wouldn't even hear the evidence most of the time. So they said it was, oh, well, they tried taking that to court and they failed because they never even made it into the courtroom because they kicked them out half the time.
Lara Logan 00:46:10 And then if they did make it into the courtroom, you know, they, they don't allow you to hear the whole truth. And, you know, those little things that they do, like they say that, oh, we had an audit. Yes. What kind of audit did you have? Oh, we had a risk limiting audit. What is that? Well, when you look into it, it's when they take a tiny percentage of the vote and that's rigged also. And that's done with machines. I'll give you a good example. So when, when all this came out and, and we brought the reports out, I decided, I said, you know, this can't go on any longer. I have to go into the belly of the beast. And so February 14th on Steve Bannon Show, I announced I was running for secretary of State. Right after that, I was indicted in four months. I raised more money than any other candidates running on the on the Republican ticket. And just just coincidentally enough, the people in the Republican ticket were Pam Anderson, whose mom, Norma Anderson, is the one that was on the lawsuit to keep Trump off the ballot.
Lara Logan 00:47:13 Wow. She was also the one of the heads of CTC, l center for Tech and Civic Life, that $850,000 or was 800? No. $850 million, I believe it was. Went to, people to defeat Trump. and she was running as a Republican. Then this little guy that that was on a mortgage consortium with, with Obama appointed AG Weiser.
Multiple Speakers 00:47:45 So these are the these are these ever supposed Republican candidates? I mean, seriously, for.
Lara Logan 00:47:52 Months, then all of them combined. Even the press knew that I had won because they were coming to me before. We know you've won. What are you going to do? Is as secretary of state and all this stuff we could see in real time in the counties Garfield County especially. We could see that night the votes flipped. We could see them in real time. The cyber experts could see the votes flip. And so then after the. After, surprisingly, Pam Anderson, one who did nothing from then on out to oppose Jenna Griswold I.
Lara Logan 00:48:26 I raised money for a recount. Did the recount. Jenna Griswold violated the law again in doing the recount in the. She's the secretary of state. She was the secretary of state in the recount. You're supposed to. According to the law. Yeah, here's a 101. I think it was 100 133 b CRS 101 three b. you're supposed to the canvass board is supposed to go select, the equipment that they want to test. So if you have four tabulators, that's, that's the Dominion tabulators. If you have four of them, then they could pick maybe one and three or something like that. Randomly pick them. Take the tapes from those tabulators and what the totals were. Go get the the the voter verified paper ballots is the way the law read and match them and count them by hand. And that total is supposed to match the total for the machines. If it doesn't, if there's any discrepancy whatsoever, then everything has to be hand counted for the whole state. In my case, the whole state.
Lara Logan 00:49:39 She violated law. She went in and just ran them back through the machine again and said, we're all good. See, it says the same thing because they knew what it needed to say. Then this woman needs to be in prison where she she allowed passwords for for all of Colorado to be leaked to be. Well, she had them purposely on the website. Yes. For people for whoever to see. So they could use those passwords and go in, you know. And then and, you know, it's just it's extraordinary. I can name off felony. I can name off cases. Harvey cases. what? I just mentioned the 29,000 election records. One thing after another. There's so many things that she's done illegally. And she goes. And now she's running for the highest, attorney in the state. Oh, and you know what her campaign is? I put Tina Peters in prison. That's what she's running on. Did you spend a lot any time in prison thinking about these people? Yeah, yeah.
Multiple Speakers 00:50:43 My producers. Yeah. And laughing, and I did. I think about them.
Multiple Speakers 00:50:48 Maybe it was. Yeah.
Lara Logan 00:50:52 So my producers were still doing my show, and, Yeah. And so I would say call out this person. Do this. Do that. And so they were my voice. And I'm very grateful. They were an amazing voice. You have so much support all across the country. I mean, people truly respect you and appreciate what you've done. And I know, I know that I know how much that means to you. I do it does. It was the thing that kept me going. It really was the prayers, the financial support. Because, you know, a fight like this, they're hoping that you'll run out of money and that, oh, they want to break you anyway they can. And money is the easiest one and they don't have to pay for their, their attorneys. We pay for them, which is the dichotomy in itself that we pay for the attorneys to fight us.
Lara Logan 00:51:39 Yeah. With our tax dollars. So your producers will kill me. Your team will kill me. If I don't, they can add a perfect moment for me to say.
Multiple Speakers 00:51:49 Tina.
Lara Logan 00:51:49 Peters.us. Okay. Go to Tina Peters website because I.
Multiple Speakers 00:51:54 Know how hard.
Lara Logan 00:51:55 It is. I mean, you've just you're just out of prison. Obviously, Colorado is not a good place for you. I would get the hell out of there as fast as I could. I mean, I love the state, but, you know, they're they're corrupt and and they have not forgiven you. So, I mean, people, you know, this is the thing is, not everybody can be that warrior, right? Not everybody can be the person that is leading the charge running into battle. But they can make it possible for people like you to do what you're doing. And that is a big deal. Yeah, it's a really big deal because you kind of lost everything. And and so I mean, Tina Peters, us, us, however you want to say it, the point is that, really, I would urge people, if they can, to please try and go to Tina's website, do whatever you can to help her financially.
Lara Logan 00:52:49 you know, the tax payers really, I mean, American taxpayers, the individual person, no matter how small the amount is, that's ready with the power is right. That's the power of the people. Yes. And so I know that you need all of that. I mean, your team, I don't even know they've hung in there all this time and all the people that have done so much. And then, of course, you know, there's all the people that have have tried to raise funds off your back. So they want people going to other sites or going to other, you know, organizations to go and try and raise money for you. They need to go to Tina Peters, dot us to help you there. Okay. So it's it's late and I want to be mindful of your your time and your well-being. We've got a big day, you and I. And, but, you know, I don't want to wear you out. And I know we're going to be doing this again and hopefully more together because we have some unfinished business.
Lara Logan 00:53:42 We do unfinished movie business to, to take care of. but I guess the one thing I need to ask you, what do you do? You know what you're going to do now? you know, I know until I see the elections. The election. Problem solved. Yeah. I have to stay in it. I can't. What I told you in the beginning. I can't unsee what I've seen. And to go and just. I mean, yeah, I would love to have a vacation. Lots on beach. And maybe I'll get to do that for a week. And it's.
Multiple Speakers 00:54:16 I don't.
Multiple Speakers 00:54:16 Believe you. In all the time I've known you.
Lara Logan 00:54:18 But how can you how can anybody relax when there's so much at stake? Because it's only temporary. It's just waiting for the other shoe to drop. If you don't get involved, if you don't support those that are getting that are involved. So I will keep fighting. To me, I feel like it's my duty to do so. You know, I didn't raise a Navy Seal for nothing.
Lara Logan 00:54:42 Well, you got your determination, didn't you? Because that's the thing that, you know, that kills most people when they go in through Seal training is that they just don't have the will, you know, to fight through the cold and to persevere through all of it. And so that thing that when you would when you was saying that you, when you were challenged in prison, you know, that you just don't back down. I had in my head I actually thought, that's that's where her son got it. Yeah. Right. What are they going to do to I mean, what literally are they going to do? Oh, they can kill you. But you know what I told you and I what did I tell you? Tell me again. Then I would be with my son. That's what you say. So this life is. This life is short. It's a very temporary place. Where we're going is where, you know, we want to do well here. And there's a lot of things, a lot of a lot of things that people can do, that I believe they each one has a purpose that they're supposed to do right now, just by the fact of living in this day and time.
Lara Logan 00:55:41 You know, we were sitting in your living room, and I asked you that the first time, right? We were on your couch, and I said that to you. You said, what? What could they what's the worst they can do? And I said that they can kill you. And you said that exact thing you said. Then I will be with my son. Right? I remember. You know, they they can't. They, They can't take. There are certain things that they cannot take away, you know? I know, yeah. I'm so glad that you're out. Tina, it took too long, but, I don't really understand it. That's another conversation for another time. Don't really know why you're sitting here other than God. It's God's timing. I just know that you were a weapon before this happened. And now you are, a weapon that has been finely tuned and honed because you are a woman who does not mean as hard as this has been on you. I know you had.
Lara Logan 00:56:37 You said to me you had things grown on your skin and bumps and stuff from the water, from the food. The food was very, I mean, we were nasty. It's inhuman, actually, isn't it? And I know there were women in there with you. Some, you know, some of whom were raped, some of whom got terrible health problems. And, you know, the thing about it is not that you don't believe in law and order in the justice system, it's just that nowhere in the courtroom is an American judge sentenced you to be raped or sentenced to die of, you know, sort of a lung disease because there's so much black mold, you know, you know, or sentence. You just slave labor, right? Those are not those are not, punishments that are allowed by our justice system, but those are what we're doing to our prisoners. And they have. And people do not know what goes on behind those walls because it's they're shielded from being able to see there needs to be transparency in every, every facet of American life.
Lara Logan 00:57:34 Any our government and the institutions in this country need to be transparent enough that citizens can can have oversight and see and decide if that's the way they want to run their their Country, you know, to run their society. Well, that's why it's so important for journalists to do their jobs and to do such a great job. Well, you know, I try and, you know, it's hard without all the resources that I had at 60 minutes. But, you know, and I always wish I could do better and do more. But there's, there's others, you know, out there, there's there's a lot of others out there. There's just it's just the media system is so broken. And without that, without that as a, as a force, you know, we're limping into the future with this, with this fractured, broken media. Everybody trying to do the best each man for himself. Right? I mean, we're the bureaus. We're the correspondents going all over. Where's the people? Firsthand reports, you know, you know, on the ground in Iran and and everything else, right? It's dying.
Lara Logan 00:58:37 It's being stripped away from us because they want us to be blinded. Right, right. And you are not without the cost as well from exposing truth. And, you know, I think that's something that the American people need to understand. You've been through the battle. You've fought many battles at at the expense of your health and your well-being. And so you're a really true warrior. And I'm I'm very grateful to call you a friend. Thank you. Just really, you know, just have so much respect for you.
Multiple Speakers 00:59:20 And I'm so, so, so sorry. On behalf of all the American people who feel the same way as me, I'm just so sorry you had to go through that. And I'm so grateful that you were standing firm and not giving in to that fear. Because it's not being. You know, we all have fear, but it's not giving in. It's acting in the presence of your fear. That really is what makes you so brave.
Lara Logan 00:59:43 And, I just all those dark, lonely nights that just never seem to end.
Lara Logan 00:59:49 Another day of my God, this time is still in jail. Can't believe he is still in prison. How how are we here? But then to find you as you are now. Where you're so strong. You're so strong I just, I. I want everybody to see it. I want everybody to see it. So you know what that means? That means you need to like. You need to share. You need to subscribe. I am as bad as Tina as this part of the thing. So I'm just going to say to you, please, please, hear her voice. Listen to her send this to as many people as you can. Go to her website. Tina. Peter's got yours. Wow. There's there's more good to come. There's more good to come. There's more of us than there are them. And there are way more of us, and there are of them. And God wins. We know that God wins in the end, but he needs us to be. We gotta show him that we need God.
Lara Logan 01:00:46 We can't do our part? That's right. Yeah. We can't just sit back and expect him to do it. I have a great friend who always likes to say, you know. Do you know any farmer that says, God, dig me a hole, And then sit back and watches the ground. The holes don't dig themselves. Right. So we know this, and many of you know Peter Tina's story. Peter story? Many of you know Tina's story. and many of you know her. But I just want to say that everything that you thought about her, everything that you, hoped for, is true. She has emerged stronger and braver than ever. And an example to all of us. And I know how grateful we are. And you know, Tina, they don't get these bastards don't get to write the story. They don't get to write the history. They don't get to lie. They don't get to cheat and steal their way into power and punish us. I just saw I just saw something today.
Lara Logan 01:01:41 A woman that came after me and orchestrated some of the stuff. She's now suffering with cancer. You know, and I and I, I really, truly felt bad for her. Because it's, you know, you will reap what you sow. And I'm not saying that because she did things to me. This is what happened to her. But, you know, there's a festering that happens with people. That are living lives that aren't true. You know, when my mom used to say life is the great leveler. Right. It's good. By the time we get to the grave we're all the same. And I can control what anybody. Else does. I can control what I do to be part of the solution. I am really excited to see what you do now. With this time and with this moment, I really am and I, I, I think one of the things that I hope to see. Is that evidence that you preserved on behalf of the American people, that evidence needs to be seen by everyone.
Lara Logan 01:02:40 Yes. And for what? It is not the lies, not the deceit, not the manipulation. Not the spin. It needs to be seen for what it is. And then they need to know how many places those voting machine companies went in and erased those records. And what were they so afraid of? They'll say, oh, it was maintenance or this or that. We're not buying the lies. We're not buying the excuses. Now we're the only one that has a, a a image of before the trusted build. Well, thank the Lord that you had the courage to do that. Yeah. And I, And, you know, Mark's I mean, Mark cook. Oh, Mark cook. It's. Yeah. When Mark cook can go into that image and he can show you exactly within a minute how you can flip the vote. Yeah. He's one of the, true patriot, actually, who has committed his entire life to this because when he saw the injustice of the 2020 election and he's technically savvy enough to be able to figure it out.
Lara Logan 01:03:33 Yes. And he has great solutions as well. Yeah. I love we'll see him tomorrow. Okay. thank you so much for watching Going Rogue. Thank you for supporting. Tina Peters, thank you for all those people on January 6th who went to the Capitol to be a voice. I think it's, you know, just we're so grateful that people are willing to stand in the gap and, and not given to their fear. We know how many lives have been destroyed. You know how many families have paid. We know about all those parents that went to school board meetings that have been targeted. I mean, there's so much to fix and so much to do. But thankfully with, with people like Tina Peters, you know, it's just she's the living, breathing example of the power one individual can have if you choose to use it. So thank you so much to all of you. Do not forget Tina Peters. and thank you for being bold enough to go rogue with Lara Logan.
