Happiness Within Chaos

For 30 years, The Happiness Algorithm founder Guy Daigneault worked in the finance industry. And for 30 years, Guy noticed that the main concerns his clients had weren’t just about money, but happiness.

No Matter what wealth they’d accumulated, Guy’s clients couldn’t seem to find fulfillment and struggled to move forward when faced with hardship. Despite their differences, they all shared a common trait: an imbalance across the seven key areas of life. From their financial and physical health to their careers, contributions, friendships, relationships, and family ties. Guy wanted to help them find a way to measure their happiness.

Partnering with entrepreneur and operations mastermind Deb Turton, they developed a simple scoring system to help clients track their happiness, prioritize growth, and foster fulfillment that lasts.

Today, The Happiness Algorithm is a set of methods for measuring, managing, and sustaining happiness. Coaching and catchy routines for keeping your mind, body, and soul on course. Informed by the positive psychology movement, we help everyday people redefine what it means to be happy, and feel good for life through small, sustainable habits.
