Hello, folks. How you doing? Well, today is what? October 27th, 2023. And here we are. You have reached Green Room On Air. And this is just me alone here in the studio.

At the old homestead, in the office, with the mess. I'm constantly messy. I've been told I have ADHD. So I've learned to radically accept my fate of a messy person. I have, uh, I think I got long COVID. I had COVID like three weeks ago. And I have constant brain fog. And like, super fatigue. And I walk around in a daze half the time.

Especially if I exercise. If I exercise over, you know, zone one heart rate, for those of you who know what that is, for any amount of time, the next day, I'm a zombie. Apparently, I, I suppose it's the long COVID. It's some kind of neurological syndrome that you get from COVID. God, I love being human. Why couldn't I have been bored of bonobo or something?

You just run around having sex all day with your friends, eating bugs. But no, I had to be human and have to deal with long COVID and know that I have long COVID. And low back pain, and mid back pain, and bad knees, and old age, and, and a growing stomach, makes me look like I'm eight months pregnant. And what else?

So many things. Balding, gray hair, a growing double chin, skin tags, uh, uh, polyps in my colon. What else? Sleep apnea, low thyroid, high blood pressure, cholesterol. What is this? Who invented this? Who invented this situation? That's what I want to know because it kind of sucks. Honestly, just it just kind of sucks.

But you know, there's nothing I can do about it. What is my volume levels too high? Do I care? No. Do I care? No, I don't care. I turned it down. Live with it. Today's Frolicking Friday, and I'm going to frolic. I do want to say, though, that I feel bad. Very bad. And this is serious. Uh, I'm not going to blame anybody.

I'll leave that to the pundits. I just feel really bad for all the people in Gaza and all the people... In Israel, and the suffering that the average person is going through on both sides because the people in power don't care about them. It's really sad, and then you have it still going on in Ukraine, and who knows where else in the world.

Boy, oh boy, oh boy, oh boy. I went to the Renaissance Faire last weekend, and I got yelled at by someone who was selling me my Giro. She didn't realize that she forgot to put the G Row into the, you know, the credit card machine, and I paid for just my drink, and she had a shit fit, and then she realized she screwed up, and then apologized for 10 minutes, but the cool thing is, is I stayed so calm.

You can, you know when you're getting old, when some stranger starts yelling at you, and you don't even care. You're like, it's okay, stranger. Relax. Life goes on. You'll be fine.

I just switched glasses because, um... I notice I see better with these old computer glasses than I do with my newer glasses. That's the other thing, I think I'm going blind. Oh, I'm going deaf. That I know, but the doctor said my hearing is not bad enough to get hearing aids yet, so I won't do that. I'll wait for the hearing aids.

I met with a friend today who I made a short film with. I said it was 20, 25 years ago, which I know it was, but he claims it's 15, but he needs to just admit the fact that it was 25 years ago. But he's going to help me with the play I'm writing. I had some great marketing ideas that I'm going to implement.

Uh, you know, I'm writing this pay play called, uh, Luigi, the singing janitor. I think it might've told you that before. And, uh, I'm really, uh, it's going to be a one man show. It's going to be a TV series, a movie. I'm going to make billions of dollars like Taylor Swift by a mansion somewhere and have servants and topless women running around like Hugh Hefner.

That's right. All right, folks, this is frolicking Friday from the man with long COVID. Don't forget to subscribe to this on your favorite podcasting platform. Or if you're listening on YouTube, tell your friends, send me an email at Ray Renati at gmail. com or green room on air at gmail. com. And I'll answer you like you've never been answered before.

Okay. And until next time I will see you on the boards. Take care of yourselves. Au revoir.
