While he's probably best known as founding member of the 90's band Heatmiser along with Elliot Smith and Tony Lash, Neil was also a member of indie band No. 2, recording 3 LPs and 2 singles with them. Today he's an active editor and sound designer, but we'll primarily be speaking with him about the 30th anniversary release of the final Heatmiser album, Mic City Sons, on Third Man Records.
