Ted has had an extensive career in theater, film, and music - having performed onstage in both the rock musical Hair and the rock opera Tommy, along with his work with his band The Ted Neeley Five. He is, however, perhaps best known for his portrayal of Jesus in the 1973 film of Jesus Christ Superstar by Andrew Lloyd Webber & Tim Rice. A new documentary about the making of that film called Superstars: The Documentary has debuted this weekend - TUBI will be having a special free streaming Easter Weekend showing from April 2 – 5… (with commercials).
