Age: 59 | Height: 5'5"
Surgery Date: 20/3/2018
Location of Surgery: Toronto Western Hospital ( Surgeon- Dr. Timothy Jackson)
Weight:
SW (Starting Weight) December 2017: 450 lbs
Optifast Weight February 20, 2018 : 400 lbs
SW ( Surgery Weight), March 20, 2018: 375 lbs ( Gastric Sleeve Surgery)
Last weeks weight- Aug 4 , 2019 : 228 lbs
CW- Today's weight, Aug 11, 2019 233 lbs - 5 pound gain
I have lost 222 pounds in total since the start of this journey and 146 pounds since my surgery.
** Quite amazing.. I have now lost 222 lbs, and I weigh 228 lbs.. I have now almost lost 1/2 of me!
