SW (Starting Weight) December 2017: 450 lbs
Optifast Weight February 20, 2018 : 400 lbs
SW ( Surgery Weight), March 20, 2018: 375 lbs ( Gastric Sleeve Surgery)
Last week’s weight, February10, 2019: 249 lbs
CW- Today's weight, February 17, 2019: 249 lbs - 0 pounds lost
I have lost 201 pounds in total since the start of this journey and 126 pounds since my surgery.
