First My stats:
*Stats: Starting Weight December 2017: 450 lbs
Optifast Weight February 20, 2018 : 400 lbs
Surgery Weight, March 20, 2018: 375 lbs ( Gastric Sleeve Surgery)
Last week’s weight, October 21, 2018: 280 lbs
Today's weight ,November 11: 275 lbs - 5 pounds lost

I have lost 175 pounds in total since the start of this journey.
