Week 30 | How Can You Lose More Weight & NSV's
This week I talk about my VGS's and more on Mindfulness Based Eating Awareness Program I am following. So far I have lost 166 pounds and I'm in my 30th week post op Sleeve surgery.

First My stats:
*Stats: Starting Weight December 2017: 450 lbs
Optifast Weight February 20, 2018 : 400 lbs
Surgery Weight, March 20, 2018: 375 lbs ( Gastric Sleeve Surgery)
Last week’s weight, October 7, 2018: 288 lbs
Today's weight ,October 7132018: 284 lbs - 4 pounds lost

I have lost 166 pounds in total since the start of this journey.
