Surgery Weight, March 20, 2018: 375 lbs ( Gastric Sleeve Surgery)
Last week’s weight, August 5, 2018: 310 lbs
Today's weight ,August 12, 2018: 308 lbs - 2 Pounds lost this week

I have lost 142 pounds in total since the start of this journey.
and 67 pounds since my surgery and 92 since the start of my liquid diet, Optifast.

Track your food- ( use an app)
Eat 60-80 g of protein
Drink 2 - 3 litres of water a day
Eat no more than 80 g of carbs
Take your vitamins

I eat 3 meals a day, and eat between 600-900 calories a day + 2 snacks ( protein based)

NSV’s: ( non- scale victories) -NO more asthma , blood pressure normal 110/70, Went swimming go to the gym 3 times a week.
