*Stats: Starting Weight December 2017: 450 lbs
Optifast Weight February 20, 2018 : 400 lbs
Surgery Weight, March 20, 2018: 375 lbs ( Gastric Sleeve Surgery)
Last week’s weight, December 23, 2018: 263 lbs
Today's weight, December 30, 2018: 260 lbs - 3 pounds lost
I have lost 190 pounds in total since the start of this journey and 115 pounds since my surgery.
