So far I have lost 196 pounds and I'm in my 44 th week post op Sleeve surgery ( 10 MONTHS SINCE MY SURGERY)

Location of Surgery: Toronto Western Hospital ( Surgeon- Dr. Timothy Jackson)
Weight:
SW (Starting Weight) December 2017: 450 lbs
Optifast Weight February 20, 2018 : 400 lbs
SW ( Surgery Weight), March 20, 2018: 375 lbs ( Gastric Sleeve Surgery)
Last week’s weight, January 13, 2019: 257 lbs
CW- Today's weight, January 20, 2019: 254 lbs - 3 pounds lost
I have lost 196 pounds in total since the start of this journey and 121 pounds since my surgery.
