Well - Hello, Hello! - I’m so glad you found my little corner in Toronto, Canada. I am a single 60 year old women, a musician, a dog owner! I am a post op VSG, vertical sleeve gastrectomy surgery survivor also I have had 2 hip replacements on the same side! I try to post every week here on YouTube. I started this youtube channel for my own accountability, and inspiration, but now see that I am helping so many more that are struggling with all topics related to Bariatric surgery.

My STATS
Weight:
SW (Starting Weight) December 2017: 450 lbs
Optifast Weight February 20, 2018 : 400 lbs
SW ( Surgery Weight), March 20, 2018: 375 lbs ( Gastric Sleeve Surgery)
Last weigh - in December 31, 2019
Today's Jan. 5, 2020 CW- 222 lbs
I have lost 228 pounds in total since the start of this journey .
