Surgery Weight, March 20, 2018: 375 lbs ( Gastric Sleeve Surgery)

Today's Weight: 332 lbs

I have lost 43 since me surgery 11 weeks ago
and this week I have lost 3 pounds

5 things you must do every day for LIFE!
Track your food
Eat 60-80 g of protein
Drink 2 - 3 litres of water a day
Eat no more than 80 g of carbs
Take your vitamins

I eat 3 meals a day, and eat between 600-800 calories a day + 2 snacks ( protein based)
