My name is Alexia Lingart. As VC Investor at Creadev for almost 3 years, a global investment firm, I’m specialized in the investment & support of Foodtech & AgTech US start-ups. I'm based between New York and Paris. I've led the Series B of Everytable, a public-benefit food company, the Series B of The Jackfruit Company, a breakthrough business in the plant-based meat category and more recently the Series A of Salted, a virtual restaurant company aiming at building and scaling better-for-you brands.

My background involves a Master Degree in Corporate Finance at University-Paris-Dauphine (PSL) and experiences in Mergers & Acquisitions (Food and Beverage deals) and Private Equity at Apax and Motion Equity Partners (Food deals).
