IR35 Status Determination

In today's episode Adrian Lawrence talks about how all new contracts now need an IR35 determination to confirm if a contract is inside or outside of IR35.   FD Capital as our name suggests is focussed on Finance Directors and CFOs so the majority of our work is inside of IR35.  Some contracts where the work is consultancy and not as a company officers remain outside of IR35.

For larger companies the determination is made by the client, for smaller companies that remains with the contractor and us the agency.
