Fractional CFO

In today's episode Adrian Lawrence talks about Fractional CFOs this is a relative new concept to the UK, but the terminology Fractional CFO is gaining in traction and we hear it mentioned often, whereas maybe 2 or 3 years ago we hardly heard it.

The UK equivalent is a Portfolio CFO or Part-Time CFO, as that name suggests a Fractional CFO will work for more than one company at the same time, therefore reducing the cost down so everyone pays a fraction of the full time equivalent cost.   The CFO themselves gains the challenge of working for more than one employer at the same time.

Its a very beneficial arrangement that works very well for all concerned.
