Love this podcast. The disrupting death episode was bizarre/creepy. I grew up in an enmeshed and codependent home and have spent 3 decades overcoming the damage it did. Listening to the episode was triggering and I couldn’t help but think how completely unhealthy and enmeshed the relationship was between Justin and his mother was.
