Clay Harmon

Clay Harmon is the executive director of AIRC: The Association of International Enrollment Management, a professional association and standards development organization dedicated to quality assurance and standards of best practice in international student recruitment and enrollment. Prior to joining AIRC, he had an extensive career in international higher education, including both study abroad and international enrollment management. Clay holds a BA in Asian Studies from the University of Puget Sound, an EdM in Higher Education from Harvard University, and an EdD in Leadership for Educational Equity in Higher Education from the University of Colorado Denver. His academic interests include the history of US-China educational exchange, and English language proficiency requirements for international applicants.
