The Biggest Change to Childhood Vaccination in Years Just Happened

What happens when a parent’s medical decision could affect their child’s access to school, healthcare, or other services?

Dr. Daniel Pompa sits down with attorney Leah Wilson of Stand for Health Freedom and the Health Freedom Institute to explore informed consent, parental rights, medical privacy, and the growing debate over health policy in the U.S.

They discuss newborn screening, vaccine requirements, genetic data, and why so many of these decisions are increasingly being shaped at the state level.

If you’re a parent trying to better understand your rights and the choices surrounding your child’s healthcare, this conversation raises questions worth asking.

Medical Freedom At A Tipping Point
SPEAKER_04 0:00

If this rises to the severity that we would take a child from the mom for saying no, then we can add it to the screen.

Dr Pompa 0:08

I lost both of them within six months of each other, both with hemangioma sarcoma.

SPEAKER_01 0:13

And both vaccinated the same day four years earlier.

SPEAKER_04 0:18

If we're gonna put freedom to the test, if we can't make decisions about those on or in our children's bodies, we're not free. No person in no government can force a medical intervention. Everyone you talk to is fighting like heck to have children. Then to be told that this child has an early expiration date or faulty future is just unthinkable.

Dr Pompa 0:45

Our medical freedoms are at risk like no time ever. Well, there's been some absolute amazing changes. You need to know what these changes are because they protect us and our family and absolutely our children. If you know what those changes are, which is going to happen right here in this episode, you can protect your family. But I am saying this this might be the most important podcast ever because we are at a tipping point right now of losing or gaining our medical freedoms. The veil has been taken back, and we have opportunities. Stay tuned. And I'm here with my guest, attorney Leah Wilson. So, Leah, thank you for being here.

SPEAKER_04 1:27

Thanks for having me.

Dr Pompa 1:28

And I'm here with my lovely wife. And Leah, really, you run uh the uh Health Freedoms Institute.

SPEAKER_04 1:35

And Stand for Health Freedom and Health Freedom Institute. That's right. Yes.

Dr Pompa 1:38

All right. And and I we'll talk about because this is your second podcast, because this subject is so near and dear to my heart, our heart, and that's why Marile's here, because um people don't know what they're losing, lost, and more importantly, right now, you believe, I believe, we believe that we are in a special time right now. We are in a special

Courage Over Fear For Our Kids
Dr Pompa 2:00

time right now. And I want you to start right there because I want to start with the hope, um, because you're gonna get a lot of answers on this show. But you said it's like when Caleb they looked at the new land, right? Or the the potential of moving into they were sent to spy it out and they came back with good news. Tell them.

SPEAKER_04 2:16

But if Caleb and Josh were the only ones who came back with good news, because there were several spies sent out. I don't remember the number, but not just them, there were many spies, and they came back with a different report. And they said, the land is good and God is with us. Yes. And the reason they were saying that was because what they were seeing was the shadow being pulled back. So in the Bible, if you look at the Greek and the the meanings, the shadow is actually a protection. So as long as you're under that shadow, you're not exposed. So when the shadow is pulled back and you're in the full light.

Dr Pompa 2:50

So the evil one that rules this world has had the shadow hiding from us, parents, moms, what is now you feel is been pulled back.

SPEAKER_04 3:03

Right. And it's been pulled back a great deal. And that's why these conversations are so powerful, is because who we're really talking to are the people making decisions for themselves, the people who are starting to say, What's going on here? And I was just on the airplane on the way here, and this woman was sitting next to me, and she told me, I'm going to visit my first granddaughter. And I said, Well, that's exciting. So I gave her a book, of course. But I said, She said, Well, where are you going? And I told her I was coming to talk to y'all. And she said, you know, we're growing up differently now. She said, in my era, she's in her 60s, she said, we just trusted our doctors. She said, My kids who are 25 and 26, they don't just simply agree with their doctors. They ask questions. They want to understand, they want to do risk. And it just made me so excited to hear this woman say that. And I asked her, is like, what do your kids do? And they're in conventional farming. So it's not like, it's not like they're they're all the way there on everything, natural health or health freedom. However, people are asking questions and we finally have enough open doors in state houses across the US that our opposition is freaking out.

Dr Pompa 4:17

Yeah. And so we have a time right now of an opportunity.

SPEAKER_04 4:22

That's right.

Dr Pompa 4:23

Right? Like, you know, as they were the spies came back with the good news, it's time to step into the promise. God has opened the door for us, right? However, many were still fearful.

SPEAKER_04 4:33

And they said we don't have to be afraid of our enemies because justice will rule and reign when the shadow has been pulled back.

Dr Pompa 4:42

And by the way, there's a there's a Hebrew term that right when that was happening that's used, it's called Rok Kazakhmatz, three Hebrew words that in the English translation is translated, be strong and courageous. So he's saying it's been pulled back. We can step in. We don't have to be afraid. It's good news, right? So, you know, that was rock kazakamatz. Be strong and courageous. Go into what God has already opened. So right now, that's the term that I use right now. Be strong and courageous. You know, God has pulled back the veil. We have this opportunity, but because of fear, people won't step in. But by the way, rock kazakamat's really be strong and courageous doesn't do it justice. It really translates in the Hebrew. Rock means if you just do one thing. Kazakh is basically it's a it's a physical stance that we take. Parents, moms, you're taking that stance. You know, physical stance, meaning I would die before, and moms, you'd all die for your children. I would die before I let them take one more thing. I'm planting here. That's kazakh in the Hebrew. I am will not move back. Life or death is at, you know, is at hand. And then uh a matz is basically the spiritual version of that. Spiritually, I will not move. David stepped into Goliath with Amatz, you know, meaning it's not my strength. Are you kidding me? It's like this guy just violated the one and only living God. He went in with a matz. He went in with God behind him. That's where we are right now. We are at a tipping point, right? We are at a place. And by the way, that is called the spirit, the Hebrew spiritual war cry, Rakhazak Amats, meaning we're going in with God's strength. The veil's been pulled back. He goes before us, is really what Rak Kazakh means. He beats the enemy back. That's where we are.

SPEAKER_01 6:31

I think if there's anything to really pray for, and this just keeps being impressed upon my heart, just as he shares that, because I we've lived by that for so many years. And um Eric Loody had a he did a commencement speech. That's that's the one that we listened to. Happy to put that in our um as a link.

Dr Pompa 6:50

But the most anointed commencement speech.

SPEAKER_04 6:53

Of a college commencement? Yes.

Dr Pompa 6:55

He went in and just like and he just I don't even uh know what he thought he was going to talk about, but it wasn't what he ended up talking about. And God just spoke through him these words.

SPEAKER_01 7:04

It's six minutes on of this. Maybe six. And it's um, yeah, like 604 or something. But it's amazing. I mean, we've seen it so many times. We show it at our events. I mean, we but the one thing I keep hearing is the word courage. If there's anything that we need to pray for, I believe as a people collectively, it's courage. Because the more that just like you said, fear is such a common denominator in the unknown. And people want to protect their life. But what they don't understand is that if God is protecting your life and you know you are honoring his way, it is going to be for your best. And there is no force that can come against us that has the power to overtake what he has planned. And he wants good for his children. And his children are missing out because they're afraid. They're just missing out.

Dr Pompa 7:55

And this topic is how the enemy is keeping us sideline. Absolutely, stealing our joy, stealing our health ultimately, our function, you know, even so we can't function for him. You know, it's like so this is an important topic. The veil's back, okay, here we go. What can we do? You know, and and you're gonna you know talk about that. But I I do want us to rewind just a little bit before we get into some of the new things you're doing.

Newborn Screening And Genetic Surveillance
Dr Pompa 8:23

In the last show that we did, we talked about, you know, infant screening. And you woke up America on this topic. You woke up a lot of people on this topic. I I kind of just want to you know talk a little bit about that again. You know, and I want people to go get the whole show. We'll provide that whole show for people. But talk about the scariness about this topic that people have no clue what's happening.

SPEAKER_04 8:49

Right. So in America today, if you have a baby, your baby does receive a newborn screening. Unless you know that you want to opt out and you live in one of the 47 states that will allow you to opt out because three of the states will put a misdemeanor on the mother. Nevada, California, and there's one other. And I think it's a surprising one. I think it might be.

Dr Pompa 9:10

I think it was like West Virginia or something. I don't I think it's in the West. Oh, okay. Something surprising.

SPEAKER_04 9:16

So and the whole thing about this newborn screening is, and I was listening to something even since we talked. And this gentleman who's one of the heads of the policy for newborn screening said the litmus test for adding a condition to newborn screening, so the heel prick at birth, has always been if this rises to the severity that we would take a child from the mom for saying no, then we can add it to the screen. So, friends, that's what's being added to the newborn screening are conditions where the medical cartel is going to tell you if baby has A, you must do B. And if you don't, then the baby will not go home with you.

Dr Pompa 9:52

Explain to Marilyn because she wasn't in part of that interview, and many people watching this are in the exact same boat. So go back to the beginning of the purpose of the screening, um, what they're actually looking for, doing, and the scary parts about it.

SPEAKER_01 10:05

Can I ask a question if it also includes children that are born at home?

unknown 10:10

Yes.

SPEAKER_01 10:11

It does. In order to get a birth certificate.

Dr Pompa 10:13

Yes. That's what's transformed since we had our babies.

SPEAKER_04 10:16

So do you remember the newborn screen?

Dr Pompa 10:18

No, we our kids are old.

SPEAKER_04 10:19

But they never had a heel prick.

Dr Pompa 10:21

No.

SPEAKER_04 10:21

They've all been born at home. Okay. So my um three-year-old, in order to not get the heel prick in the state of Indiana, I had to go to the health department if I wanted a birth certificate and a social security number and um fill out this like nine-page religious exemption in order to not get the heel prick. Yeah. So it's required unless you claim a religious exemption. I didn't do that. I we didn't have to.

SPEAKER_01 10:47

We were in Pennsylvania at the time. So obviously they didn't.

Dr Pompa 10:49

But it wasn't back then, I mean, 20-some years ago, it wasn't a thing.

SPEAKER_01 10:52

Yeah, was it? No. Because I I would ask Ellen, my midwife. Right. I'm curious because maybe she did prick their heel and we don't know about it because they did get a social security number, but we would know. Yeah, but they wouldn't. We'd be more aware than because I'm on everything.

Dr Pompa 11:06

I'm why why would you I would question it? Bam, bam, bam, bam.

SPEAKER_04 11:08

Right. Why are you taking the blood spots? Where are they going?

Dr Pompa 11:11

And by the way, this is presented to parents. So be aware, very innocently. I matter of fact, I would argue that 100 out of 100 people when presented with this would be like, well, why wouldn't I want to do that?

SPEAKER_04 11:21

Correct. Am I right? Even natural health people, because if you look at some of the things that they're testing for. So it started out the PKU, um, just looking for that one disorder, right? And they wanted to save babies with this radiation. Why wouldn't I want to do that? Right. Correct. Yeah, that's true. They started slowly adding different conditions. So now, depending on the state, they're looking at between 30 and 75 markers to see if this child has a genetic metabolic condition.

Dr Pompa 11:47

And by the way, so far, even that sounds great. Why wouldn't I want to do that?

SPEAKER_04 11:52

Correct.

Dr Pompa 11:52

Okay.

SPEAKER_04 11:53

Correct. Yes, I agree. I mean, and even in your world, one of the things they look at is a B12 deficiency. Like, do you have meth methanolonic acid urea? And so MMA. So you probably value knowing if someone's B12 deficient, maybe.

Dr Pompa 12:09

Absolutely. Yeah. So it sounds really good right now.

SPEAKER_04 12:11

And the thing is, what do they do with that information? If the protocol they are going to use is to label it as a permanent genetic issue and put the child on a medical protocol from birth without ever looking at metabolic disorders. Is it an absorption issue? Is it a mother's diet issue? Is it an environmental issue? So if that's not how the test is being used, then it's quite dangerous because these kids end up over medicalized. And even more, they want to add newborn screening and um modernize it to make it a whole genome sequence where the whole genetic reading of the baby will be in one centralized database. And that's why we're opposing it is because it's a privacy issue. Because if you take away a child's privacy for their entire life at birth.

Dr Pompa 13:05

Right at the beginning.

SPEAKER_04 13:06

At birth. And it says right in the bill that they wrote to fund this database that the information can be used to track lifelong medical compliance and follow-up.

Dr Pompa 13:18

Compliance.

SPEAKER_04 13:19

And that's the key word. So that's why I care. Mandates. If a mom wants to get a newborn screen, great. You better understand what it's for and how you're going to use it. And so that's fine, but it needs to be opt-in and it needs to be done with the internet.

Dr Pompa 13:34

Because that's not being part of the inf informed consent.

SPEAKER_04 13:37

Correct.

Dr Pompa 13:37

They're not saying what they're using it for, where they're going with it. What's your child is now, you know, permanently in this. And parents don't understand that. If they did, there would be an uproar or an uprising, I should say.

SPEAKER_04 13:49

And whoever takes this information about your newborn, it's very sensitive to say where will it be stored? How will they use it? And will they potentially use it against me or my child? If you have if you have a trusted provider, it changes the risks. It changes the risks and benefits. But even then, it's not true that our babies are born broken. Genetics is the shakiest body of science we have. And so we need to take a really good look at what we're saying over our children from birth. And there's no informed consent.

Dr Pompa 14:24

By the way, that that's one of the b if you look at my biggest problem with vaccines is it is a violation of my major premise, meaning I believe God's created us perfectly, our children perfectly. Uh uh yes, things can happen and you know, bad things can happen, but what we're saying with vaccines is we can take perfect children and make them healthier with a vaccine. That violates my major premise that we can't improve upon what God has done. You know, we can, you know, fix things that are in fact broken when we know how, but that's not the premise of vaccines. The premise of vaccines is making a perfect child more perfect.

SPEAKER_01 15:02

When it's usually removing the interference at whatever interference that may be. So that is total violation. They're doing the opposite.

SPEAKER_04 15:09

And the deception is that there's only one way, right? That there's no room for you to look at your child as perfect if the goal is maximum compliance.

Dr Pompa 15:18

So they're saying we're gonna look at your child's genome sequencing, and and I spoke about this in the last one. I don't need to re-speak a lot of it, but I have a problem with even in our space, the alternative space of looking at people's SNPs and genetics with accuracy. Because, you know, when I was into that 10 years ago, it was like, I mean, I realized in five years it was like, you know, oh my gosh, like we didn't know anything then. Well, it's the same thing now, and it's gonna be the same thing in five years. Meaning, oh, that goes around that. That SNP really, it's you know, even though it's homozygous and it looks like you have problems methylene. Oh, well, there's other things that are actually upregulated that actually matter more. It's not as simple as people think. It's fun, it's cool, there's ideas, but you know, genes are not what you think because of epigenetics. Things can be turned on, things can be turned off. The body gets other pathways and SNPs to go around to compensate. The body's smart, God designed it that way. So genes are ideas, but the problem is, you kind of said it, is people then create identities. I am homozygote. I can't methylate. I can't. They had put the identity.

SPEAKER_01 16:26

How many people do you know that as soon as they tell you their health problems, they say immediately, but I'm, you know, I'm MTHFR. I'm like, don't.

Dr Pompa 16:36

Yeah, don't identify there because you will create it. Your brain will create it. And that was your point. So with this, you know, there we're being told already from the gate, you're this, you're that. And child, the child will live that out. Trust me, they will. Your brain will create it. That is not wishy-washy weird stuff. Your brain will create it. So there's all kinds of freedom violations happening with this, and and people don't know it. You have to watch the episode.

SPEAKER_04 16:59

Just takes away hope. And that's a moral problem to remove hope at day one of life. I mean, that mom probably worked hard to this day and age with moms having children older and having struggles. And I mean, everyone you talk to is fighting like heck to have children. And then to be told that this child has an early expiration date or a faulty future is just unthinkable. It's unthinkable.

Dr Pompa 17:27

It is unthinkable. What's happen uh how many things are happening right now based on this? Meaning parents, you know, things are happening already that are causing things, medical things to be violated or forced, I should say.

SPEAKER_04 17:41

And within the space of newborn screening?

Dr Pompa 17:43

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04 17:44

Well, it's they're piloting, so there's a program called Beacons out of the NIH. So they're piloting that program into hospital systems across the US. So their goal is to look at will moms do this and what are their objections, which is the same exact playbook as vaccine compliance. They studied and studied and studied what are the objections and how do we overcome them for maximum compliance. Instead of saying, does this benefit the newborn baby? Is this going to improve the outcomes of this individual newborn baby? Which is where you get into a system that was simply made to churn out protocols instead of make health care decisions for individual babies. So it's happening in hospital systems across the US. There are federal bills that are trying to fund it, but they're not moving right now, thank goodness. So we have our eyes on those and educating on that, and then educating on it in the state houses so that if this becomes a funding issue with the State Department of Health, that they're aware of what they're doing.

Dr Pompa 18:48

So I mean, in closing out this topic, what for people out there, because that's what I'd be thinking, okay, so great. What do I do in the meantime? Like what do I do right now? Well, go listen to that. How can I protect myself, my child?

SPEAKER_04 18:58

Go listen to that episode. A. And B, you need to look at um whenever you're getting any type of screen for you or your child, what is it for and how would it be used? Because if it's not helpful to you, then it can be used against you. A. And B, go to standfor healthfreedom.com and go to take action and you can see on there um the newborn surveillance call to action that you can email your congressman with a click of a button and say, we want to expose this. We do not want this to go forward.

Dr Pompa 19:31

Say it one more time for people.

SPEAKER_04 19:33

Stanfor Health Freedom.com and go to take action. And on the federal calls to action, there's a newborn surveillance call to action where you can email your congressman with a click of a button.

Executive Order Shifts Vaccine Conversation
Dr Pompa 19:43

All right. Let's shift gears in August. Most people probably have no clue of this, but um in August, our president signed um an executive order and saying, hey, we are going to change the vaccine schedule. And because why? Other countries that have changed it, we're gonna we want to just emulate that because their health statistics in children far exceed ours. And yet most people, number one, don't know that even happened. Number two, they even the fact that um some people do know it happened, it's the criticism is it's not gonna change anything. Talk about this.

SPEAKER_04 20:26

Okay. So first of all, yes, federal recommendations change nothing in the exam room. So what mom experiences is not dependent upon a federal recommendation. But I do want to say that both Secretary Kennedy and President Trump want to see the exam room change.

SPEAKER_03 20:44

Absolutely.

SPEAKER_04 20:44

And so it's on us to make sure that it does because they're doing what they can from the administration there in DC. And the order was really stunning.

Dr Pompa 20:55

I when I read through I mean, this was history making. And people don't even know. Most of the people I talk to, like, oh, they changed the vaccine schedule. You don't know. Oh, and your pediatrician won't tell you either because they don't have to follow it.

SPEAKER_01 21:07

Well, and they're they're contesting it, right? They're saying we aren't going to listen to what he doesn't know what he's right. He doesn't know what he's talking about. But as to your point, that's exactly why it's important for the demand to be there.

SPEAKER_04 21:18

Yes. Yeah. I mean, right now we're talking to the moms. When you're talking about federal recommendations shifting, we're really talking to the parents to say, listen up, there are concerns, there are questions to be asked. And the federal recommendations matter because there's an overlay of um what is the conversation around compliance versus constitutional freedoms. And president, our president, the sitting president of the US, actually wrote in this order. And I don't care about your politics or which side of the aisle you're on, but a sitting US president wrote in this order the words maximum parental choice. Right? I know. And the AAP. The American Academy of Pediatrics, the government, the industry has been for decades saying, how do we get rid of refusing parents? That's the word they use. Refusnik. Exact opposite. Refusenick.

Dr Pompa 22:12

Our president has brought back maximum, maximum protection and decision making from the parent. And yet most people have no clue that that happened. But to your point, so you're saying even though a pediatrician doesn't have to listen to it, and people can criticize and say nothing's going to change anyway, but it parents, you need to be to know this because it gives them the rights to say no. It gives them the rights to say, I don't want 72 vaccines. I want these, you know, the 12 or 11, you know, the, you know, I want the new, the new suggestion.

SPEAKER_01 22:44

Or you could even say, I want none because I have maximum parental authority over my child, right?

SPEAKER_04 22:50

That's exactly. And I think that it's important to for people to understand the schedule period. Because when you show someone, and I agree. Let's talk about that. And I have a little bit of a question.

Dr Pompa 23:00

Let's talk about the schedule because let's talk about where it is now, if you will. Let's talk about what our administration just moved it to. Yes. And why that's a huge.

Inside The 75 Dose Schedule
SPEAKER_04 23:10

Okay. So currently, and the reason why Secretary Kennedy and Trump even brought this up was because they are saying something has happened to our children. And can anyone disagree with that? I mean, rheumatoid arthrit arthritis in children, shingles. Cancer.

Dr Pompa 23:25

70% increase in cancer since 1967. Seven, I mean, that that's a massive, massive increase in cancer, childhood cancer, sorry.

SPEAKER_04 23:34

Right. So they're taking their moral obligation to look at everything they can. And so the foundation of pediatric care in America is the vaccine schedule. So let's take a look at it. So today, 75 doses by age 18, starting in utero, okay. And it's all of these vaccines I said 72.

Dr Pompa 23:52

I was wrong. But three. Yeah.

SPEAKER_04 23:53

All vaccines for all children. And Bobby says even up to 94, I believe, if you're getting all the COVID, all the flu. Yeah. So it's up to 94 doses. And so that's all vaccines for all children. That's how the schedule is today. Okay. And lots of combination doses.

Dr Pompa 24:10

Like MMRs.

SPEAKER_04 24:12

So the MMR is on there starting at 12 months of age, DPT's on there. And then at two, so two months, four months, and six months, where you have HIB and polio and DTAP, they have a hexavalent vaccine that two, four, and six month olds are getting now. So those are also combination shots because it's less pokes, less visits.

Dr Pompa 24:32

Most of these look like combinations. You know what I'm saying? I mean, as I look, I mean, I can't even believe all these. I it's it's unbelievable. But look, most of them like DTP, HIV, I mean, all these are like tripled up.

SPEAKER_04 24:44

Right.

Dr Pompa 24:45

HCV.

SPEAKER_04 24:46

And the really the combination shots are the cutting edge of vaccine research right now because compliance is down. And because compliance is down, they say, how do we get moms to have to have less visits and less pokes? And here the president is saying, no, no. If it's in the best interest of the child, we're going to make health decisions, not decisions out of convenience.

SPEAKER_01 25:10

Right.

SPEAKER_04 25:10

Let's do more visits and more pokes if that's what it's going to take.

SPEAKER_01 25:15

They want to split them all up. Yes. And people are unhappy about that. Well, in the US.

Dr Pompa 25:20

Trump made it very clear. He's like, gosh, parents, if you just spread it out, it's like your chances of childhood, all these injuries goes down massively, just spreading it out, like other countries do.

SPEAKER_04 25:31

So yes, spreading it out. Um, but they also want to take all vaccines for all children and break that up into three categories. So the order says there should be one category where it's all of them for all children, so universally recommended, which would go from 18 illnesses down to 11 illnesses. And they also want to take the dosage, depending on what they decide in the report they're going to make, down from about 75 to 36-ish. And we'll see if that's what it lands on. So it's a reduction. It's less. And that's in alignment with our peer nations that have half as many doses as we do. Yeah. That have way fewer illnesses on the schedule.

Dr Pompa 26:12

Way less. I mean, it's almost half in certain chronic conditions that kids are having in this country.

SPEAKER_04 26:17

So yes. And so it's splitting those up. And so it wouldn't only be the universally recommended ones. The second category would be high risk, like HEP B. It should only be given to high risk children according to their recommendations.

SPEAKER_02 26:32

Right.

SPEAKER_04 26:33

And then the third category would be shared clinical decision making, which basically means this is a product that's available and the parent can decide to get it if the physician and the parent think that it's appropriate. And I personally think that all of these should be moved to shared clinical decision making.

Dr Pompa 26:54

If you want to vaccinate your child and you think it you and you know your significant other think it's the best thing, do it. But have the choice.

SPEAKER_04 27:02

And make the choice based on that child's health, along with your personal convictions, your religious beliefs, your philosophy on how you care for yourself, instead of based on a system that defaults to administration.

Dr Pompa 27:16

I just want to point something out, right? This is when I was born. Well, 1965. This is 1962. One, two, three, five doses total. Okay. My father, like, you know, I remember there was I, you know, got kicked and screened because the first time they vaccinated, it was like, I don't know, it hurt. I had a welt, blah, blah, blah. So the second time, I didn't want to go. And my father was like, he doesn't have to go. And I didn't even show up that day. And I never even got another vaccine. Um, but the fact is, is that that's it. I mean, that's my generation right then. And when you look at the chronic illness, it's massively different. And then 1983, it went to 24 doses. In 2026, you can see it's 75 doses up to 94, to your point.

SPEAKER_04 28:02

These are people in their 60s with the five doses. Yeah. People in their 40s, me. 40s. That's the 24 doses.

Dr Pompa 28:09

So this is what I had, this is what you had.

SPEAKER_04 28:11

And then our kids starting in 1989, were getting the bloated schedule.

Dr Pompa 28:16

Okay. And then if you look at what correspond to this perfectly, autism rates skyrocketed. It used to be like one in 10,000, you know, back here. And then it just increased as we increased doses. And also almost every chronic disease. And I did an interview with Dell Bigtree. His new documentary. So good. Yeah, uh it's if you haven't, we'll put this link in here too. It's very important to watch this because uh he the documentary is called an inconvenience study. And boy, was it inconvenient, because it really showed finally the top researching clinic in the nation. You know, Ford Health Institute did the study, the top. So you can't say, oh, look at these. Right. You know, these amateurs did the study and it came out the way they wanted. They compared vaxxed versus unvaxxed kids. And you know, in that that's a really great comparison. Thousands and thousands of records they looked at, and the vaxxed kids had two, four to six times the chronic disease in every category than the unvaxxed kids, where almost these things almost didn't exist in most of those kids. So, you know, again, we as we look at this increase, please put your politics aside. You know, the current administration is doing something about this because this is a problem. This is a problem for humanity, right?

SPEAKER_04 29:41

And I think true informed consent would say, look, mom, this is the plan, 75 doses before age 18. And it would at least give them the chance to say, huh, do I really want to do this? I didn't realize that, you know, this one shot has six doses in it and this is what it is going to be. But the and the other thing you were saying about the peer nations, most people don't realize that Finland, Denmark, Iceland, Spain, Norway, none of these peer nations have mandates. So in this executive order, there was an instruction to the state governments take a look at your immunization laws. And what the president was saying was maximal parental choice and mandates to go to school don't comport. You can't have both of those things. Our peer nations are not requiring shots for any privilege or right that they otherwise have. And so it's time for the states to get in the driver's seat and recognize that this is their responsibility to change this for our kids, to change what's actually happening in the exam room. And I also want to mention that I'll show you this was on President Trump's Truth Social. It's just important for people to understand so there's not confusion. But so he had this, you know, the 72 injections is what he was, the number he was using. Um and then he took it down to 11 illnesses, but that's not apples to apples. Even with the new schedule that we think that they're gonna recommend, the 36 doses, it's not it's not from 72 to 11. It's from 72 to probably about 36. So that people aren't confused by the same. It's about half. Right. About the difference between a shot and a dose, like which illnesses are covered and how many adjuvants, the things that play on your immune system that spike your immune system.

Peer Nations Reject Mandates
SPEAKER_04 31:47

So to date, we have had a huge shift in the national conversation by looking at parental choice, looking at peer nations, looking at doing less instead of more. Um, however, the schedule has not yet changed. Trump asked for the HHS secretary, Bobby, to have a full report to him by November 10th. So that's where we are today. Yeah. We're looking at a report that will consider all the things they've asked them to consider and see how we can.

Dr Pompa 32:16

And by the way, the this stuff doesn't win elections. It's gonna hurt, not help midterms. I I hate to say that, but because the majority of the population thinks that vaccines saved the world. Um, the majority of the population thinks that their child wouldn't survive without them. Um, that their child is protected against measles. Thank God we have these vaccines. So I'm, you know, this is a decision that this, you know, administration has made. It's unpopular, I would say. Another one. But the veil has been pulled back, to your point. You know, because now people, you know, Aaron Seary. Folks, I'm here's another team. We have to add in that one too, that episode, because Aaron Seary is the attorney fighting and winning these cases. Right. You know, that's showing that look, first of all, Aaron Seary did a nine-hour deposition with the man. So the your doctor, when he says vaccines are safe, and he quotes something, he's quoting a guy named Andy Stanley Plotkin, who is like the the CDC gavel is named after him. He is the guy. Everybody quotes him in the industry. Safety, you know, him. He quotes himself, for goodness sake. So that's the arrogance, right? Nine-hour deposition. He went in prepared, but he went in going, I must be missing something because I don't see the double blind trial. I don't see the safety. It's like, so after this nine hours, it's online, by the way. Um, you can watch the whole deposition draw drop dropping. I mean, he just was like, I can't believe it. There's no safety. You know, Trump gets crap for this, and and uh so does Bobby, the saying that there's no double-blind studies, you know, but there's I think been two or three, but they come that the placebo group wasn't a saline injection. It was actually the vaccine from the with the adjunct or the adjuncts from the other vaccine. That's not a real double-blind study. But anyway.

SPEAKER_01 34:07

And I think as you were saying about the pure nations, you know, they run from the premise of logic, which of course we all do as well. If the vaccines are working, why are you fearing the unvaccinated child? And that is something so many people get hung up on. They I mean, they're missing, I I feel that's just common sense. If, you know, and and and also, I mean, when our son Simon was in third grade and we had just recently moved to Park City, um, I did do an exemption and they called me because me there was a measles outbreak at that time. And and it I think it had happened at the high school first and now it's in the elementary school. And I said, wait a minute, like I have my my son's the youngest, he has older siblings, they've all been exposed. And they said, Well, if you don't, they they wanted him to do a Z Pack. And I said, He has already been exposed. He is asymptomatic, and and I'm sure, you know, whether he manifests symptoms or not, irrelevant. I'm quite comfortable with him being in that environment, even if kids have measles. They couldn't believe it, first of all. Second of all, they said, if you don't, you have to keep him home for 30 days. I said he'll stay home. And he did.

Dr Pompa 35:20

Yeah, that was that, right? That was that.

SPEAKER_04 35:23

And that's, you know, I think you and I have as mothers of children who may not be vaccinated, have seen that as a small concession for a long time to say, okay, there's a chicken box outbreak, my kid will stay home for 21 days. But one of the law that we're trying to put forward would change that because we have to change that vaccine status changes your privileges.

COVID Mandates And Scapegoating
unknown 35:44

Sure.

SPEAKER_04 35:45

Because vaccine status and immune status are not the same thing. Right. And so it's like, no, you cannot consider vaccine status when you're talking about where I can and cannot go.

Dr Pompa 35:55

But but wasn't, I mean, that's what happened during COVID. Um, you know, I'm saying your vaccine status determined everything.

SPEAKER_04 36:01

Exactly.

Dr Pompa 36:02

And and so after COVID, uh, you know, vaccines companies, I mean, they reached and they reached hard because now they finally had it mandated, right? Emergency uh use. And that changed everything until now.

SPEAKER_04 36:16

Aaron Powell And I think that's what put things like that on our radar in a greater way because COVID.

Dr Pompa 36:21

They overreached.

SPEAKER_04 36:22

COVID put mandates in a pressure cooker. You know, first they said no one is safe until everyone is safe. And they repeated it a million times on the television. No one's safe till everyone's safe. Then we find out 99.5% of us are already safe.

Dr Pompa 36:37

And then we find out because of hurt immunity, because of natural exposure, getting COVID.

SPEAKER_04 36:42

We're not vulnerable to it.

Dr Pompa 36:43

That's right.

SPEAKER_04 36:44

Right. And our immune systems are suited to deal with it if you it was a disease of the elderly.

Dr Pompa 36:52

So our immune systems had trouble with it, right? But again, you know, that's why a lot of people, you know, got very, very ill, and we have post-COVID things of that sort. But the fact was, is herd immunity, getting it, was still the only solution to where we are today. You know, believe it or not, even though it's been proven that had the vaccine had nothing to do with it, it's still being marketed, touted as it was this it was the answer. Thank God we had it. People still believe it.

SPEAKER_04 37:18

People are still lining up for it, right? I mean, thank goodness the compliance rate is going down with that one. But when they overplayed their hand to say, okay, maybe 99.5% of you are safe, but still, this is a problem of the unvaccinated. You have no right to be not vaccinated. Fire the people who are unvaccinated. Don't invite them to dinner if they're unvaccinated. Don't let them on cruise ships. And then they said, you know, families started cutting off loved ones who are unvaccinated. And then we find out look, the majority of people who died of COVID got the shot. And it shows us that no one is better suited to make our health care decisions than we are.

Dr Pompa 37:56

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04 37:57

For us and our kids, even in an emergency.

Dr Pompa 37:59

And by the way, I think I discussed that when I interviewed Aaron Seary is, you know, Aaron, you know, what's held against us is if we don't get vaccinated, you know, we're really threatening others. And the only reason why we still have measles is because, you know, if we just can't get it 100%. So what happens is then they start blaming the people who aren't vaccinated. And that happened during COVID in a small thing, but that has been happening for years. If your child, your child didn't get vaccinated, that's why we still have vaccination. Yeah, measles. It's happening right now. Yeah. Exactly. But it's simply not true. And Aaron talked about the science around that, you know, of how how true, you know, how not true that is. Aaron Ross Powell,

Measles As Power Lever
Dr Pompa 38:36

Jr.

SPEAKER_04 38:36

How the math doesn't add up. But do you know why measles is the one that's used? Why the WHO, they write um an agenda every decade. So immunization agenda 2030 is the current one. And it said, was it two ago? I think it was. No, maybe it was the 2020 agenda. It says measles is used as the canary in the coal mine to say we will sniff out unvaccinated populations by looking for measles cases. So that's what the global agenda has decided.

SPEAKER_01 39:06

Interesting.

SPEAKER_04 39:07

And if you look at, you know, here we have our sitting president saying, let's take a closer look at MMR and then what's happening in Pennsylvania. There's measles outbreaks, but I honestly don't think that what their governor is doing is about the Amish. And it's not about the measles, even. It's about power because he was the AG. So Governor Shapiro was the AG during COVID. And what that means, the attorney general goes to court to represent the state. And you know what he went to court for during COVID? To say, I support closures of business, I support forced masks for kids, I support forced vaccines. So this is what this AG was doing during COVID. And now he's taking measles cases, which HHS disagrees with, local coroners disagree with, and saying, I'm gonna rewrite the public health laws in my state so that in order to track down infectious disease, we can go into your home, go into your individual medical records, go into your apartments. So that's what That's quite surprising given he's Jewish, also, right?

SPEAKER_01 40:12

To take away your rights. I mean, but where's his where's his uh understanding of his own history?

SPEAKER_04 40:19

And he posted his health department posted this. And what struck me about it, um, because there's a measles outbreak in Pennsylvania, they're reporting. And what struck me about this was using the term zero dose, because the WHO uses that term too. In their agenda, they have an equity goal to cut zero dose children, completely unvaccinated children, in half. They want to take it from 13 million globally down to half by 2030. So it's like that's interesting that they're using that term here too. But the way they're using it is to say, don't wait till 12 months to get your first MMR. Get them a zero dose so that they have a pre-dose. It doesn't even replace the 12-month dose. Oh wow. And by the way, it's an earlier dose.

Dr Pompa 41:07

Or that it's even safe. Safe. Yeah.

SPEAKER_04 41:09

No safety trials on it.

Dr Pompa 41:10

Aaron talked about that.

SPEAKER_04 41:12

So it's to get an earlier MMR instead of saying, wait, let's look at if MMR should even be combined.

Dr Pompa 41:19

And yeah, and you know, Bobby will tell you one of the fastest things you can do to change autism numbers is just spread out the dang MMR. You know, it's like you'll let alone, you know, do that first and then get rid of it. But you know, there's another story

Do Childhood Illnesses Have Upsides
Dr Pompa 41:34

behind this. And I was on um Newsmax interview, and I got to say that um on this topic, that there's a whole nother argument that conditions, you know, like measles are actually healthy for your children. Oh, I know people are just like, what? What is he saying? It's like, but the fact is, is these childhood conditions um literally strengthen the immune system, especially when the child gets them at the right age. Meaning, if you look at when a child gets chickenpox, measles, mumps, rubella, it it's it's all very when it's done naturally, it is at specific ages where they're most vulnerable. But they build immunity in the study. There is a lot of studies, one out of Japan that I think Aaron talked about, that show that they have less autoimmune, less cancer later in life by getting the the disease. So you have to understand the people that the kids that will die of measles are kids that have bad like very, very low immunity. When you look at the numbers and you compare it to the risk of getting it, because that's what we have to really do to make the decision as a parent, um, I believe no parent would make the decision.

SPEAKER_04 42:41

It's so true. It's I'll show you later. But in this table of contents, we say, what if there's a benefit to childhood illness? That's one of the chapter titles.

Dr Pompa 42:50

Yeah, because there is.

SPEAKER_04 42:51

And I'm sure you as a physician see that kids have developmental gains post-ilness. It's like, oh, they gained 50 words overnight after they conquered their illness or they grew three inches. And we see it with our own kids.

Dr Pompa 43:03

We are meant to, our children are meant to get these, and it builds strength in their immune system. And I and that's a whole other argument. I it's like it's almost like we've been spending so much time talk, you know, tackling the argument, are you know, are they safe? They risk it. And we're we're we're forgetting about that there's actually a benefit. And uh we loved when our kids, you know, in the old days, we we were sent down to get we were. I was sent down, we went all went before us. Yeah, exactly. That's the old days. I'm old. You know, but we went down to get measles, mumps, rebellious, I mean all these chicken, chicken party pox parties, measles parties. The Brady Bunch, they had um if you look at one of the episodes, they went because the kids next door had measles and they were going over to get measles, right? It was never feared.

SPEAKER_01 43:48

Like none of them, none of it was ever feared.

SPEAKER_04 43:50

They were happy to miss school. Yes. Right. And I have to say, the thing that if I can share a little story that made me most mad about this was Telling a mother to get MMR sooner. Because when people come to us at Stanford Health Freedom, the stories that we get daily, a lot of the stories that come from moms are MMR and then a regression. And they're noticing that regression because their child is 12 months old and has already gotten a few words. They're already starting to walk. Whereas if you intervene that way with a this combination shot at six months, are you going to have any development to notice a regression in? There's not going to be those walking milestones that regress or the talking milestones. And one of my good friends, um, Sheila, she was like a mother to

A Mother's Guide And MMR Story
SPEAKER_04 44:40

me, one of my dearest friends in life.

Dr Pompa 44:41

This is Yeah, this, okay, first of all, I I want parents to realize, um, and you can tell them where to get this, but this is a mother's guide to vaccine decision. It's so clever. Every vaccine in here, and look, it's, you know, here's the controversial ingredients. I'm just looking at the measles. I just happened to uh open it up there. Key safety concerns, and you don't have to say, I wish I had known. And it's like all this is spelled out on every one of the vaccines.

SPEAKER_04 45:10

Every illness, every shot. Every illness, every shot.

Dr Pompa 45:13

Yeah. What a resource is.

SPEAKER_04 45:15

I want a stack of those. Yeah, every pregnant girl.

Dr Pompa 45:19

Okay, so where do they get that? And then this was in it. So we're gonna talk about this.

SPEAKER_04 45:22

Yes, you can go to Amazon.com and order these, or if you want to email the team, advocates at standfrailfreedom.com, we'll send you bundles. We can send you sets of 30 or whatever. Um, but Amazon, leave a review if you ever buy one because that's how more people find it.

Dr Pompa 45:36

Right. And your whole book's there. Hold that up just while we're which one is she?

SPEAKER_04 45:40

Let me see this. This book was written. She was talking about that. Um, this book was actually written in honor of Sheila because moms came to us in droves post-COVID saying, well, I know I'm not liking what I see with the mRNA shot, but what about the normal ones? We were getting that question over and over in 21, 22. So in 2022, we set out to cover why every single dose got a spot on that childhood schedule. So it's not science.

Dr Pompa 46:08

By the way, and you know who said those very words? Uh I interviewed Peter McCullough right here. And, you know, he said, you know, he was very against the COVID vaccine and took a, you know, a lot of blows because of it. But he said in the beginning, he was kept saying, Yeah, that, you know, but the you know, the normal vaccines are good. The normal vaccine, he's changed his tune. He has now, and even on he talked about that, right? But so it he he was saying that, right? It's like MMR, uh the the COVID vaccine, here's why it's bad. You know, it's not like your normal vaccines that are okay, but he totally has changed.

SPEAKER_04 46:40

And President Trump's order says consensus shots. Those 11 shots are consensus, right? Consensus with pure nations. So it's there are some terms still in there, kind of planted, that we should be aware of. But this talking about MMR and it being given too early, um, my dear friend Sheila.

Dr Pompa 47:00

Okay, so this is her talk talk about this. And this was in this, but I don't.

SPEAKER_04 47:04

Yes, this was her twins. These are her twins, Temple and his twin sister Lou.

Dr Pompa 47:10

And they they were famous for she's on she's on the Vax documentary for their story.

SPEAKER_04 47:17

And what happened was Sheila took the twins into the routine doctor's visit around 12 months, and she didn't feel good about the shots, but she didn't know why. She just knew she didn't feel good about it. So she allowed the doctor to reassure her and convince her that she should get them. So she walks into the exam room and the nurse lays out all the doses for Temple and Lou. And then she takes Temple out of his car seat, puts him on the exam table, and the next thing she knows, she looks over and both MMRs are gone. And Louis Templed in.

Dr Pompa 47:52

Temple got both doses right here. Yeah.

SPEAKER_04 47:54

He got both MMRs, and Lou was still buckled into her seat, untouched, not crying. And Sheila looked at the nurse and said, Oh my goodness, what are we gonna do? So the nurse called Merck and Merck said, Oh, no issue, don't even worry about it. But he immediately regressed. And the medical community likes to say that now he is capped at or has stopped at the function of a four or five-year-old. And if you have ever been with a child or adult with profound autism, I don't think that his capacity is that of a four or five-year-old, but maybe his function. Um and Sheila spent the rest of her life sharing with mothers how to do the research, how to follow their gut, because she never wanted another mother to have to go through what she did for ignoring her gut.

Dr Pompa 48:44

We had a a mom, she was um a patient of mine for many years. And um before how she ended up there, before that, she took her child in um to I I think it was just a well baby visit. No, uh Latoya Jackson. Oh, right. Yeah, and she took her child in this is the way she tells the story. She had a cap on her son or one son, and she took him out of the baby seat. But she took the cap off and she threw it in the baby seat. She goes in, they get the vaccines in the well baby visit, and her both of her children were screaming. Screaming, high-pitched scream. She was frantic. It was encephalitis. Encephalitis. Okay, because that scream is is characteristic of the brain literally in flame. Happened like instantly, right after the vaccine. She comes out to the car after she's told everything's fine, this is normal, and we see it all the time. She went to put the her child's cap on, it wouldn't fit. She runs back in and she says, This cat fit. I can see my cat. They denied all of it. And you know, of course, her son, you know, ended up on the autism spectrum. But um, you know, story after story like that. And yet we're told that um hey, we're just the reason for the autism explosion is we're just diagnosing it better. Right.

SPEAKER_04 49:59

Just to get MMR sooner. Don't worry about it getting R sooner.

Dr Pompa 50:02

Get MMR sooner. Oh, that's that's wonderful.

Informed Consent Versus Compliance
Dr Pompa 50:05

You know, so the you know, mandates you the if the veils open, what can people expect? What can we do right now? I mean, like what what is the best outlook here? Because I don't care what again, this isn't a pol uh, this isn't your politics, this is about children's health. You know, we absolutely if it's true that unvaxx or unvaccinated children are a threat to vaccinated children, I get it, but it's not true. It's not. Everyone's scientist, there's no science around that zero. Okay, so we know that's not true. So therefore, it's clear to me that it should always be a parent's decision. Is it is there hope?

SPEAKER_04 50:43

Yes, there's absolutely hope. And one of the things is with informed consent, it is not about whether vaccines are good or bad. That's right. Like people who take action with us are not fighting for or against any particular medical intervention. It's all about a mother being able to say, Um, here are the risks with this option, here are the risks with this option, and this is the one I choose. And one of our teammates said it really well when she had two children that reacted to the vaccines and she finally started recognizing it. So with her third child, she said, What I did was I looked at all the risks of the illness, each one, and all the risks of the shot. And the conclusion I came to was with the illness, I have a name for it, a diagnosis and a treatment plan and help. She said, with the shot, no one admits that anything can go wrong. And if they do go wrong, there's no name for it. And I as a mother am left figuring this out in the dark and feeling my way through the dark of what do I do with my baby? She said, so I was more willing to take the risk of the illness where I would have a name and a plan. And so that's how she made her decision. And we go over informed consent in both of these books because moms aren't given that opportunity. And so we, you know, the goal with this executive order and what ultimately needs to be seen is that moms are the decision maker, that we are putting parents back in the driver's

State Fixes For Doctor Pressure
SPEAKER_04 52:13

seat. And we can do that. We have the recipe to do it because thank goodness we've made enough friends in the state houses across the US that we can go on offense and pass bills.

Dr Pompa 52:23

This August um executive order was signed changing the schedule. You know, because it's a that was now is in in the federal law, moms have power again.

SPEAKER_04 52:35

So it's not federal law, but they're directing the agencies to make changes. Okay. So in 90 days, November 10th.

Dr Pompa 52:43

Could it be?

SPEAKER_04 52:45

We don't really want it to be. We want federal recommendations to say recommendations because if we centralize if we centralize public health, which it's not constitutionally, then we become Canada and Australia, where during the next emergency, there's the Canadian truckers. You know, so what we have here in the United States with our whole freedom experiment is that health laws, public health laws, are state by state by state. And that's why my state felt different than your state, felt different than Florida and California during COVID. So the real message here is that it's on the state lawmakers to make sure that we never force medicine anymore.

Dr Pompa 53:24

And by the way, uh you know, not to open a can of worms here, but that's what was decided with abortion. Yeah, is it should go back to state by state. And that way you can always lose. But that because that is where these free that that is where it was our founding fathers wanted it.

SPEAKER_01 53:44

I couldn't understand why we couldn't understand why people were so upset about that. It's like if you want to if you want an abortion, not that we support that at all, but go across the state line to the state that will give it to you. I I do have a question because a lot of parents, I never got this, we didn't do them, but the well baby visit, right? Which is just nothing but an invitation for you know to do to get vaccinated. Um, but can a doctor still even giving these new recommendations basically fire a patient from coming in their office because they're not compliant?

SPEAKER_04 54:19

So that's one of the so this what you're bringing up is the implementation gap, really. So if we have a new idea about what the vaccine schedule should look like, and then we have a clinical visit, are we still gonna have that opportunity to follow the new schedule? Because 28 states, because it's state by state, 28 states since Trump started talking about this last year, have separated from the CDC and said, we will have our own policies now. So we need to say, okay, what about you other states? What are you gonna do? Are you gonna actually review your immunization mandates and come into compliance with not compliance, but come into alignment with peer nations to say we're not gonna mandate, we're gonna educate. We're gonna educate and allow people to decide. So the whole firing patients comes from. So we have the recommendations now. Does clinical guidance change? Does hospital protocol change? Does CMS, does Joint Commission on Health change? So all those things need to change. But one of the things we can do at the state is to make it so that doctors can't be punished for having unvaccinated children in their practice. Because that's really the use.

Dr Pompa 55:31

They were getting in trouble. They were getting but that weren't they also bonused for being like high, you know, getting a high percentage of the people vaccinated.

SPEAKER_04 55:41

I mean, and that's how we need to fix it. Like we need to fix that equation. This equation cannot consider how many unvaccinated patients you see because that completely negates medical ethics and informed consent. And we were fighting a bill in Florida where it was taking that whole thing into consideration of firing patients. And these lawmakers said, that's not happening. And we said, Oh, we'll show you. So we put out a call to action for Florida only that said, send in your story of being fired by your pediatrician. Overnight, we had over 300 stories and we took the list of stories to the General Assembly and said, look, it's real. And so they passed a good law there. So we can help fix those things state by state. But ultimately, um, I don't know if you all heard about it, but Idaho really showed us what's possible with their Medical Freedom Act.

Medical Freedom Act Coalition
SPEAKER_04 56:33

So Idaho filed a bill that says no person and no government can force a medical intervention.

Dr Pompa 56:39

That's probably why so many people are moving there right now. It's like an explosion.

SPEAKER_04 56:43

Hope they admit it. Hope they admit that's why they're moving for freedom. So Idaho passed this law. And so we got together with our team and our Idaho state directors and said, look, let's show the nation what's possible and let's build an entire coalition around taking this law to as many states as possible. So we formed the Medical Freedom Act coalition. And I believe this is what's going to help close this implementation gap because the first year of bringing this law to our state partnerships, we had 12 states file the bill. We had one state get it through their house, not through the Senate. Another state, um, what was New Hampshire had 155 yes votes and then it died. Arizona passed it through both chambers and the governor vetoed it. So we had a ton of traction the very first year with this Medical Freedom Act. And now we have another order saying, look at your immunization laws. And so we're going, we're going back again this year. We'll keep going back until it's clear to the state lawmakers that you hold the keys to fix medical mandates.

Dr Pompa 57:51

Yeah. And and I'll tell you the moms in particular hold the keys. Yeah. You know, the moms are the ones that are changing all this. I I went to um I was at a thing in Ken Paxton's office, and um uh it was moms that were making all the difference. And of course, they're firing up the attorneys, and you know, it's like, but it was them that were taking a stance for their children.

SPEAKER_04 58:12

And I I can say this with confidence that those of us who want health care to be an individual decision and want government and industry out of our healthcare decisions are America's new majority. And we are the grassroots voting bloc in America right now. It's something really encouraging happened. So August 10th was the order. And on August 11th, we're on the email list for some of our opposing organizations when it comes to medical mandates. And back in 2025, Stanford Health Freedom said our slogan for the midterm elections is gonna be America's new majority. So for over a year now, or right at a year, we've been going into press conferences, thousands of legislators' offices, social media, email touting America's new majority. And then just August 11th, American Families for Vaccines comes out and calls themselves the pro-vaccine majority.

SPEAKER_02 59:13

Oh.

SPEAKER_04 59:13

And they call on everyone on their list to email their state lawmakers because what the email said was President Trump and RFK Jr. have just taken a hatchet to vaccine policy, and state protections could be next, but they don't have to be. Wow. And so they're right that state protections could be next. You know what? We're gonna make sure they are. We're gonna make sure the state protections are next.

Dr Pompa 59:38

Isn't that amazing how just evil flips? It just always evil calls good evil, and it's like in and just flips it.

SPEAKER_04 59:45

I think they saw the 12 bills filed. I think they saw the Medical Freedom Act, and they are ready to fight back this next session.

Voting Guide For Health Freedom
Dr Pompa 59:54

And I can tell you, moms, oh gosh, I forget who I interviewed that said they have a saying, and I'm gonna butch it here. But it's like, but it was something like, you know, red or blue, we don't care, or maybe it's blue or red, we don't care. You know, just keep your hands off our children. I it was it was sorry, it had a little rhyme to it. I told you I'd mess it up. But um it but the point was is that moms, we don't care about your politics. Right. Don't give a crap about it. All we care about is our children. So, you know, in the midterms, moms are voting, uh they're voting freedom, they're voting medical freedom, they're voting health. Let me let me it's a big chance, right?

SPEAKER_01 1:00:36

Let me ask just throw this out because it's probably a reality. You know, if there's an independent candidate, we know where independent candidates stand on things. And I and we also know that, you know, the the Democratic Socialists, the new communist party, is the only other party that we have the Republicans, there will be an independent, you know, that will fuss against Trump. TDS is real. I don't care what anyone, you know, how anyone tries to cover that. But it seems like, you know, Biden could do no wrong and Trump's this evil man, no matter what. So how do we deal with getting people to understand you can't vote for the independent? Not that we all might align there perhaps even more, necess, you know, perhaps, but um, if we can't take Trump's personality, as they say, but how do we keep people aligned with the fact that it is the Republican Party that has the power ultimately that needs the support for this topic?

Dr Pompa 1:01:41

Well, you know, right now, I'm gonna say this before she answers. Right now, there was a day where I would say the Democratic Party supported these freedoms. Oh. Okay. And it it is completely flipped. So moms, I think that's part of what I said. They don't care. It's like they don't care. It's like, you know, who what party? You know, they're not loyal to a party. They're loyal to their children.

SPEAKER_04 1:02:04

And I think that the whole transpartisan issue is very frustrating to the media. They're frustrated. Last time I was in DC, all any reporter wanted to talk about was partisan politics or donations to campaigns. And I'm like, the grassroots cannot be defined by party, and we cannot be defined by our campaign donations. Where could we are defined by showing up to cast informed vote in the grassroots? And so that's exactly why we started Vote for Health Freedom was because even if there is a party who's opening more doors at any given point in time, that's not guaranteed tomorrow.

SPEAKER_03 1:02:39

That's right.

SPEAKER_04 1:02:39

And we have actually seen some signs that say that's a very real issue, is that the parties are never guaranteed friend or foe.

Dr Pompa 1:02:50

And that's why you're you're not political. I mean, we're transpartisan. Yeah, you're transpartisan in that, you know, hey, whoever's supporting this, the health of our children and you know, the freedom for health period for our families, that's where you all are going.

SPEAKER_04 1:03:04

Exactly. And it's we are the only program in the US I can say that vets candidates, builds a relationship with them, becomes a resource to them, and then helps them go on the offense. And that's what we've been able to do with vote for health freedom. And so going into 2026, go to votehf.com. Y'all go to votehf.com.

Dr Pompa 1:03:24

Hf.

SPEAKER_04 1:03:26

Vote HF.com. So vote health freedom.

Dr Pompa 1:03:29

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04 1:03:29

And download your voter guide because you want to make sure you're casting a vote for every health freedom candidate on your specific ballot. This year we've supported. So over the last four years, we've helped elect. Um, I don't want to get the number wrong, but I think it's 1,400 candidates. And this year alone, we supported 1,300 candidates and we had a success rate getting through the primaries of 72%, which is pretty strong for the grassroots voting block. And so it's going to be important for people to understand that if we want good decisions made, we have to know who we're voting for. Well, how many of those were Democrats? A few. That's good. Uh like a handful. In our blue states, especially. We do have friends and because we work in 46 different states. And so there are some independents. I mean, Arizona is a good example to kind of diffuse this to say, look, Arizona, they have an insane amount of independent voters and independent candidates in their statehouse. So they're a very independent state, like Colorado used to be. Um, and so seeing that the Medical Freedom Act did very well there shows that it's transpartisan. Um, and in Hawaii, we have friendlies in Hawaii. We just helped unseat two incumbents by a straw pull. It was wild because it shows the grassroots vote has never been more important because we have had a dozen close races this election season. It's normally maybe one or two races that are decided by less than 35 votes. We've had a dozen this year. Some of them decided by just two or three votes. And in Hawaii, there were two dead ties. So what they did was their election officer of their state got to put the names in eggs and shake them up in a basket and pull out who won. And our health freedom candidate won the straw poll, both times unseating an incumbent. And I mean, that could have been your vote. That one vote.

SPEAKER_01 1:05:26

So if, okay, I just want to talk about this briefly, but if there is a handful of Democrats that vote for health freedom, um of course their basic premise though, as a as a party is obviously compliance by you know, by us to listen to whatever they give us, and we already understand where they're heading with this and where they already are positioned. So that is a concern, though, even though there might be a handful of candidates that want this collectively. Effectively, the party is going to dictate how that shakes out. With the Republican Party as conservatives ultimately valuing freedom, uh, autonomy, personal choice for that, we still have that this topic is still going to be better under the umbrella of the Republican Party as opposed to the Democratic Party.

Dr Pompa 1:06:21

I would argue not at the local level. At the local level, you could have a Democrat who is for health freedoms and the Republican not, and you can get more through this person, this person.

SPEAKER_01 1:06:33

Right, right. But at the local level, right.

Dr Pompa 1:06:36

At the local level, it's very different.

SPEAKER_04 1:06:37

And then that there's state. So there's also so another way to look at it too is there's also an element of accountability. Let's say we have a bad person in their seat and they're the party that you prefer, but they make bad health freedom decisions, they have to be held accountable. Otherwise, people get away with anything. And so normally that happens in the primary election. You got to pick the best candidate when we have five candidates in each party instead of one on each side. When it becomes sometimes it comes down to bad versus bad, which is less bad. And that's not a good position to be in. So there's an element of accountability. And there's also an element of these parties working together behind the scenes and us figuring this would be great. No, no, badly.

Dr Pompa 1:07:21

Oh, oh, yeah.

SPEAKER_04 1:07:21

Like look at people like Thomas Massey, who is disrupting the unified agenda behind the scenes. And it's like, how do we find those people?

Dr Pompa 1:07:31

I think that's my point is that I don't you can't trust any party. I you know, so again, you have to look at who's voting in the for your health freedoms. And that's where moms are going to vote. You know, honestly, there that's why, you know, go to the hfvote.com. That was it, right?

SPEAKER_04 1:07:48

Vote HF.com.

Dr Pompa 1:07:49

Vote vote.

SPEAKER_04 1:07:50

He's dyslexic.

Dr Pompa 1:07:50

I am dyslexic.

SPEAKER_04 1:07:51

That's okay.

Dr Pompa 1:07:52

So I should never say these things ever. So I'll just have you two say it every time. I will. So say it one more time. Where do they go? Vote HF.com.

SPEAKER_04 1:08:00

You got it. That's right. Vote HF.com. And the encouraging thing is there are so many candidates who are opening their doors, who are taking our policy blueprint, and who are saying we want to move the ball down the field. And that's the encouraging news because really the message is that we've had enough. We're going to make sure that this executive order has meaning at the state level because people are sick of seeing their loved ones suffer because they didn't know they could say no. You know what I mean? The medical cartel made them believe that they had no options. They listened and now they're suffering and we're ready for choice to be reinstated.

Redefining Medical Neglect
Dr Pompa 1:08:36

Yeah, you know, we're talking about vaccines. We're talking a lot about children, but that this applies to your family, loved one with a disease, cancer, et cetera. Um, how many stories have we heard that, you know, someone was forced to do something, right? This is a big topic. This affects all of us. I mean, at every level, you can't imagine.

SPEAKER_01 1:08:55

Parents have been charged with, you know, neglect if they don't follow their doctor's recommendation if their child has a disease, right? A parent might have a different paradigm they want to try.

Dr Pompa 1:09:07

And this time we haven't even touched on, you know, how this affects kids with cancer. I mean, this because they're forced to do something that kills children. That's insane. And I mean, again, I I'm not telling any parent to make, you know, to not do chemo, to vaccinate, not vaccinate. I'm not saying that here. I what I'm saying is is that we should have the right to choose any type of you know, treatment for our child child. You should have a right to choose chemotherapy or not, and that's whether you believe in it or not.

SPEAKER_04 1:09:39

Aaron Ross Powell So it's unconstitutional that we don't. Because here's the problem. We're working on this in a specific state right now, and there's ongoing litigation, so I won't disclose it, but there are solutions legislatively that we're working on. But the definition of medical neglect. These states are defining medical neglect as going against doctor's orders. That's unconstitutional. Medical neglect is having a real imminent issue and doing nothing and ignoring it. And you know what I mean, leaving the child to its own faculties, even though you have a known imminent issue.

Dr Pompa 1:10:13

That's neglect, but they're saying neglect is just not listening to what your doctor says. To one option.

SPEAKER_04 1:10:19

To one mainstream option. And it's the real story is there are always options and there is always hope. And so this whole neglect issue of putting moms in a corner. I mean, even if HHS makes all these changes, if they use the decisions against you, where have we gotten? And so that's why we have to close these gaps. We have to redefine medical neglect. We have to get to the mothers to put them back in the driver's seat. And these conversations are powerful because the moms are our audience.

SPEAKER_01 1:10:49

This can't be that hard. If you can redefine a man and a woman, why can't you redefine this?

How To Take Action Today
Dr Pompa 1:10:55

How do people there's people out there listeners that want to donate to this, they want to help? What how do they do that with everything? Get involved.

SPEAKER_04 1:11:04

Right. So go to standhf.com.

Dr Pompa 1:11:07

Stand. Here I go. This is great. So I'll say it.

SPEAKER_04 1:11:11

Standhf.com. And first of all, anyone also it makes sense.

Dr Pompa 1:11:15

There's vote HF.com. Stand, we want to stand. Okay, got it. That's right. It's all coming together for me now.

SPEAKER_04 1:11:21

So anyone can take a few moments to take action and make our voices heard because it's so important that your lawmakers have your covering and hear from you. And so if you go to standhf.com and at the banner on top, if you press take action right now, you will email your lawmaker to say, we want you to review the childhood mandates. We want you to review all medical mandates and bring us into the gold standard of no mandates, that these decisions are made between a patient and a doctor. So that's the first thing. The second thing, if you want to get involved or help with giving um resources or treasure to us, standforhealthfreedom.com, standhf.com, there's a donate button. And we promise you that your dollars will have a multiplied impact. I mean, I would say us sending 80,000 emails in four hours to help get Bobby confirmed, it would have taken two million dollars of dark money to do that. So what we do on our grassroots budget with our team, our small but mighty team, um we we will put it to good use and we're gonna make a big impact together.

Dr Pompa 1:12:25

Oh my gosh. Please give it. Please give people God's giving you the means, please. This is so important. I mean, this is the this is our next generation, our existing generation.

SPEAKER_01 1:12:37

I mean, my And it and it sets a tone for uh many other things to come.

SPEAKER_04 1:12:42

That's right. It is, it is. Are we free or are we not? That's right. Like if we're gonna put freedom to the test, if we can't make decisions about what goes absolutely's bodies, we're not free. No.

Medical Freedom For Pets Too
SPEAKER_01 1:12:54

Where are we with the recomm the current recommendations um going forward for our pets? That's a great question.

SPEAKER_04 1:13:02

And you know, that's the question that opens a lot of people's eyes to informed consent is wait, what's going on with my dog? Because these dogs are getting the combination shots at eight weeks old, between six and eight weeks old, to cover six, seven, eight different illnesses in one little shot. And owners are starting to ask questions about is my dog overvaccinated?

SPEAKER_01 1:13:25

Well, there are fall, they're there so many are suffering from neurological reactions. And it might not manifest right after the shot. I mean, sometimes it does.

Dr Pompa 1:13:33

Well, in cancer and dogs is like it at all time.

SPEAKER_04 1:13:36

At injection site, yeah. You have these pet owners who care deeply about their pets noticing that the injection site is where they get grow the tumors. And what's crazy is these combination shots, they're putting, they're wrapping them together, seven in one, nine in one, solid tractor supply. You can get a 10 in one combination shot for your dog that include things that don't even benefit dogs, like illnesses that they would not otherwise get. Right. And there are options. The good news is, I mean, I love my dog, and there are options for your dog, such as drawing titers. Titer testing. But there's no money in titer testing. They don't tigh our kids.

SPEAKER_01 1:14:16

Right. But they tigh our dogs. Right.

Dr Pompa 1:14:19

Well, they should do both. My my babies who I still have the picture on, I lost two of them. Um well, I popped up unfortunately, but these guys right here, I can't get there. They are anyway. Um, I lost both of them within six months of each other, both with um hemangioma sarcoma. And that is like running rampant in our dogs.

SPEAKER_01 1:14:41

And both vaccinated the same day four years earlier.

Dr Pompa 1:14:43

And and by the way, I it they certain breeds are definitely more predisposed to it, right? But it it is going crazy. And when I was in Mexico, I found a research study linking it to the rabies vaccine. Oh. So here I am, I'm telling our vet here about it, and um, or I wanted to send it to them and I couldn't find it. Couldn't find it. So I called my friend in Cabo. He who's, you know, he's very connected um to all the the doctors and uh the hospitals, and I'm like, I told him what it was. He found it. So my point is, is he could find it in Mexico, but they're censoring out either.

SPEAKER_01 1:15:21

On the internet or public. On Google. She found it right on Google. Yeah, exactly.

Dr Pompa 1:15:25

But here I couldn't find it. Well, I I knew I went everywhere. I know where to go. It wasn't there. It didn't exist in here in this country. So my point is there's research making these connections. And you know, I fear even saying that, but I'm gonna save myself here and just say, look, I again I'm not telling anyone to vaccinate their dog, not give their babies a vaccine. What I'm saying is do what I did. There is research out there. Look at the actual data on this, because you know, I think most really vet good vets will tell you that the over-vaccination of animals right now is a big problem. Once again, it really just comes down to what we're asking for is medical freedom, even for our pets.

SPEAKER_01 1:16:04

Well, well, and now they've approved the mRNA for our pets. And and this is the study. 38 um total animals were in the laboratory target animal safety study. 35 of 38 were euthanized at the end of the 14-day observation period. Wow. And they're still giving it. And they're still, oh, not only are they giving it, they're pushing it, promoting it. You know, it's it's many people don't even understand what they're doing. They just go to their vet and they get it. They get whatever it is.

SPEAKER_04 1:16:35

Once again, they think they have to. They think they don't even think they can say no. And it's like, hey, find a better vet if you can't tell your vet no. It's your dog.

SPEAKER_01 1:16:44

Or question the information, right? I mean, and and the neuro, the neurological problems coming from people spraying their yards, their homes, you know, putting flea and tick treatments around their dog's neck, and then they're having these seizures and they're wondering where it's coming from. I mean, the list, the list goes on and it's it's all correlated and people don't want to hear it oftentimes.

SPEAKER_04 1:17:07

So sad. It's, I mean, what do they say? Zebras don't get ulcers. So why are dogs getting anxiety? Like dogs aren't supposed, it's not like they fear the future, right?

SPEAKER_01 1:17:16

They're not supposed to get anxiety or react to thunderstorms, right? And, you know, need, I mean, all of that stuff is a new thing. Food issues.

Dr Pompa 1:17:25

A vet who gives, you know, functions within the law, but gives the, you know, you freedom and gives you an education more about so you can make a choice. Um, and also does alternative things because there's alternatives. And detoxification is an issue. Right.

SPEAKER_01 1:17:41

Detox the dog. Yes. Now we've interviewed her. Um, Natalie Blackman. She is in Birmingham.

Dr Pompa 1:17:49

My team will put the link for that interview.

SPEAKER_01 1:17:51

Outside of Birmingham, Birmingham, Alabama. She does a lot of really cool stuff. I mean, she she does all the things, all the natural things, of course, the conventional things, but she is so about educating. And um, and I just really appreciate the fact that there's there, and there's others. There's like these vets showing up on Instagram really talking about these topics. And it's it's it's re it's encouraging. But like our kids, I think, I think when people understand, they'll they can hear certain things about their pets more easily and they're more receptive. But then they start things start clicking, and then they start realizing like, you know, what's the difference between our fur babies and our children in terms of understanding what we're putting in their bodies and how it's causing different problems. Right. That there's always a choice. I mean, there's skin issues. Dogs are dogs are itching, they're chewing, they have gut issues, they're sensitive to their food. I mean, there's just so many things that I we never had dogs with issues when we were kids, ever, ever. We never had friends with issues when we were kids either. There's a correlating common denominator here that definitely common sense is no mental. Right. Right.

SPEAKER_04 1:19:02

Ask questions. Find a homeopathic vet. Take titers. You have options. We gave you one. Yep.

Final Takeaways And Share
Dr Pompa 1:19:08

Well, thank you for being here again. And um what a topic. Listen, always a pleasure. Please share this show, especially right now. Freedom is on the ballot. Freedom is at stake right now, and we can do something about it. There is hope, right? Mandates like this are absolutely not part of who we are as a country, a nation. It is not in our constitution, as Leah just pointed out. So please share the show. See you on the next episode.
