Pat's career is very inspiring. He is very open and honest how Pat is doing things right. His book "Will It Fly?", I've finished in one entire night. The simple explanation on how to get a clear view of what the customer actually wants and how to make sure that someone is really searching for YOUR product or service, is very convenient.
