Thank you so much Pat for the incredible amount of really excellent content you put out on this podcast and everywhere else - I'm learning SO much from you. I wanted to let you know that I've heard Jadah Sellner from Simple Green Smoothies in several interviews on various platforms, but your recent interview with her was 'hands down' the best one - you actually asked her the questions that got her to share the info that I personally was interested in - so thank you for that specifically.
