Incredibly helpful, action-oriented podcast

I've been listening since day one, and my only problem is that there aren't more podcasts. I learn at least a little something from every single episode. I absolutely love how Pat breaks things down and turns them into actionable pieces of advice for his listeners. There is no recommendation high enough for his work.
