Why so many men, so few female interviews?

I am relatively new to your podcast and, in general, find the interviews extremely engaging, informative, and interesting. A big BUT though, and it felt hard to ignore when scrolling through interview choices, was how few women vs. men are interviewed. I don’t typically default to this thinking but truly hard to ignore in this case. Surely there are many fascinating female perspectives you could pursue?
