Create room to focus on your business, not just customers

If you’re not making time to focus on improvements for your business and putting all your effort into focusing purely on customers and productivity, the business suffers much needed attention and productivity may suffer with it. This podcast from episode 1 provides you with tips to make a little room each week to focus on the business and not pure production. I find that to be such a valuable approach as so much time can be wasted outside of work doing things for the business that could be handled during work hours if you just improve your workflow and set aside time accordingly. Can’t wait to hear more suggestions about workflow, apps, and improving overall productivity in my life and business!

Also, it’s pronounced “Khan-bahn” (Japanese technique). I use this everyday in my own business and it has been a workflow/ordering game changer. Love the Kanban suggestion, but I almost docked 2 stars for that pronunciation. How dare you, haha! Kidding and I can’t wait to tune in each week!
