I was listening to the Hokandara Horror episode as my first listen… when I heard at the end the review you read I giggled… I got here from Jessica at Asian Madness! I love her pod and the fact that she covers cases that don’t normally get covered by mainstream true crime, does solid research, and her mini bios on the countries of origin UGH 🥹😭 I have been SEARCHING for something similar and you two are like if Jessica and the gals from Morbid had a baby “in the east” 🥹🖤 I love hearing background on the places I’m not familiar with or ever taught about in a classroom! You guys are respectful, clever, funny yet empathic. It’s clear you guys take your time researching the cases and your passion for podcasting shines through! I love watching pods grow and transform so I wish you the best moving forward and thank you, you guys certainly gained a new listener - I hooked!

I love listening to your podcast while I do my chores. Your podcast has a variety of characters, and stories which are short and narrated well. The stories are desi to the core and I bet your guest/ partner is learning a lot about how culture affects crime.

Who knew South Asia had spooky crimes that perfectly fit the true crime genre. Pia and her guest hosts do a great job sharing and dissecting desi crimes with a fun, story telling style that makes for easy listening. Recommend!
