Welcome to the New Cocktails and TableTalk: Where Culture Meets Commerce

Welcome to the New Cocktails and TableTalk: Where Culture Meets Commerce

Welcome to the reintroduction of Cocktails and TableTalk. This isn’t just a fresh coat of paint — it’s a reset with intention. A rebrand that reflects where I am now and where I’m headed.

This podcast was always meant to be more than casual conversation. Now, it’s about building legacies through leadership, ownership, and vision. We’re exploring what it means to create something rooted in culture, driven by purpose, and grounded in real-world experience. Whether you’re an entrepreneur, community leader, or someone who’s simply navigating their own journey — this space is for you.

I wanted to start this new chapter by giving you the backstory. Over the past year, life shifted for me in a major way. I experienced personal loss, battled health issues, and was forced to reassess everything — my time, my energy, my purpose. But even in that heaviness, I kept building.

AubynWood Media was born during that time. It’s now home to two podcasts — Cocktails and TableTalk and Graying Grounded, which I co-host with my brother Steve. I also launched our Etsy store, Sip & Listen, and began distributing mobile charging stations through Charger GoGo, with our first placement in Morty’s Bar and Wine in NYC (shout out to Chris and the team).

But I also learned the hard way that trying to do everything at once isn’t sustainable. I’ve re-centered my focus, doubled down on what’s working, and realigned with what truly matters. This podcast is now a core part of that strategy — a space where I can talk business, community, and growth with people who are actually doing the work.

Each episode, we’ll sit down with entrepreneurs, creatives, and leaders to explore how they got started, the challenges they’ve faced, and the wins — both big and small — that have shaped their journey. The goal is simple: to inform, inspire, and activate. Not just through stories, but through actionable insights and lessons that you can apply to your own path.

This show is personal. It’s professional. It’s a little bit of both. And yes — it always comes with a drink in hand and purpose on the mic.

If you’ve been with us from the beginning, I appreciate you sticking around. If you’re just joining us — welcome. I’m excited for what’s ahead, and I’m honored to share this space with you.

Let’s build. Let’s grow. Let’s talk.
