About the Host
As an University Administrator my role as Associate Director and Senior Instructional Designer centers around leading, and being apart of a dedicated team to revolutionize learning experiences. We collaborate closely with faculty, employing a variety of instructional design models to craft engaging courses that not only comply with accessibility standards but also effectively measure student outcomes. Our mission is to harness innovative technologies to enhance educational delivery, and my expertise in virtual collaboration and online teaching is pivotal in achieving these objectives.
As an adjunct instructor, I extend my impact to the classroom, by teaching a spectrum of courses that include philosophy, freshman studies, American history, and and political science in face-to-face as well as synchronous and asynchronous modalities. This dual role enriches my approach to instructional design, allowing me to apply real-world teaching insights to developing digital learning strategies.
My commitment to education is fueled by a passion for fostering an inclusive and supportive environment where diverse student populations can thrive.
