Laura Tingle (pictured) has a cleared eyed view of what Australia's Scott Morrison-led Liberal National Party Government is doing in response to Covid-19 crisis and nimble thinkers can easily equate what she says about that dilemma with how the same government is handling the climate crisis.
Australia's Minister for Energy and Emissions Reduction, Angus Taylor, is presently beating his chest about Australia's efforts in exporting the world's first shipment of liquified hydrogen, skimming over the fact that it is in fact "brown" hydrogen, produced using coal and wholly dependent on carbon capture and storage, a process not proved and not yet scalable, in any sense.
