The Daily Podcast bringing you every raw, unfiltered detail from the Sean Dittycombs sex trafficking and racketeering trial. I'm Nate Oliver, reporting from outside the Manhattan Federal Courthouse on Friday, May thirtieth, day twenty of a trial that's only getting more explosive.

41 Thursday's session was a marathon of bombshell testimony, forensic evidence, and emotional revelations that left the courtroom reeling and the prosecution's case against Ditty even more damning. The day opened with high drama as Los Angeles Fire Department arson investigator Lance Jimenez took the stand to walk errors through the infamous fire bombing of Kid Cutty's Porsche nine to eleven. Jimenez described pulling up to Cutty's Hollywood Hills home to find the convertible gutted by fire, a Molotov cocktail still inside, and a single black glove on the back seat. He explained that the car's roof had been cut open and that the remains of a malt liquor bottle filled with gasoline were found in the wreckage. Jurors saw graphic photos of the charred car and the evidence collected at the scene.

27 On cross examination, Diddy's defense pointed out that Cutty identified the glove as his own and that female DNA was found on the Molotov cocktail bottle, raising questions about the true perpetrator. Jimenez admitted he did not send the glove for DNA testing, and that Cassie Ventura and Capricorn Clark never returned his calls for follow up interviews. The judge later agreed to strike any mention of lost fingerprints from the record, siding with the defense that it could unfairly prejudice the jury. The prosecution then called Deontae Nash, Cassie even to her as longtime stylist and close friend, who delivered some of the most harrowing testimony of the trial so far. Nash described Ditty's obsessive control over Cassie's life, dictating her clothing, hair, and even threatening to have her parents fired if she defied him. Nash told the jury that Ditty would say things like I'm going to beat you, and I'm not going to release your music. Using threats to keep Cassie compliant. Nash recalled Cassie telling him she was forced to participate in a freak off on her twenty ninth birthday because Puff wanted her to. He described Ditty as enraged and possessive, painting a picture of a man who used his power to dominate every aspect of Cassie's world. Nash then recounted a terrifying night when Ditty arrived at Cassie's apartment, furious that she hadn't answered his calls.

49 Nash told the jury he opened the door for Ditty, who stormed in, grabbed Cassie by the hair, and yanked her off the couch before beating her. Nash, Cassie, and another aid, identify Mia, fled to the bedroom, trying to barricade the door, but Diddy forced his way in. Nash described Didty hitting and kicking Cassie until she struck her head on the bed frame. Nash and Mia tried to intervene, jumping on Ditty's back, but he threw them off. The attack only stopped when Ditty noticed Cassie was bleeding. When he saw the blood, he just panicked. Nash testified, did he told them Cassie would be taken to a plastic surgeon with his security team. Nash said he tried to call nine one one, but someone told him to hang up.

34 The Next day, Nash saw Cassie on a video call with stitches above her eyebrow and a large cut on her forehead. Nash also testified that after the beating, did he turned to him and Mia and said, look what y'all made me do. But Nash's testimony didn't stop at violence. He described how Diddy used blackmail and threats to keep Cassie under control. After one violent episode, Nash said, did he threaten to release explicit videos of care Cassie online and send them to her parents' workplaces. Nash testified that Cassie was in tears and he tried to comfort her by saying Ditty would be implicated in the tapes too. Cassie told him Ditty wasn't in the videos. He was the one filming her with other men at his direction.

17 Nash said Cassie told him she never wanted to participate in these acts, but did so because Puff wanted her to Nash said he reported the violence to Ditty's chief of staff, Christina Korum, but nothing changed. He never went to law enforcement, fearing Ditty's power in retaliation. The prosecution then called Mia, a former employee and alleged victim, who testified under a pseudonym and with her voice disguised for safety. Mia described years of working for Ditty, saying he worked her to the bone, and recounted multiple incidents of sexual assault and coercion. She described Ditty forcing himself on her, sneaking into her bed, putting his hand up her dress, and demanding oral sex. Mia said Diddy threatened her with financial and reputational ruin if she ever spoke out. Her testimony echoed the pattern of force, fraud, and coercion the prosecution has argued as central to the racketeering and sex trafficking charges. Mia described the psychological manipulation that kept her silent for years, saying, you don't just leave puff You're trapped.

25 She told a jury about being forced to work grueling hours without breaks or vacations, sometimes going five days straight without sleep, and being pressured to use ketamine to stay awake and compliant. She described a moment of collapse. After nearly a week awake, her hearing and vision blurring, she broke down in tears, and Ditty's only response was to suggest she take a rest. MIA's testimony also revealed how Ditty's control extended far beyond the workplace. She described being forced to participate in freak offs and told the court how Cassie Ventura would hide from Did at parties and on vacation, terrified, whispering He's going to kill me. Mia said the aftermath of these hotel nights often included broken glass, blood, and candlewax. She described Ditty's sexual demands as relentless and degrading, and said he threatened to destroy her reputation and finances if she ever spoke out. On cross examination, Ditty's attorney tried to paint Mia as a disgruntled ex employee, suggesting she once had unbelievable love for Ditty and was motivated by revenge or money. Mia insisted I'm here because it's the right thing to do, and described the psychological manipulation that kept her silent for years. In a striking and emotional moment, Exotic dancer Sharree Hayes, who participated in several freak Offs returned to the stand to offer an apology to Cassie Ventura. I would express my regrets because I

58 was completely unaware of what she was expertsperiencing, Hayes said. If my involvement inadvertently intensified her pain, I would sincerely apologize if I played a role in her negative experience. Hayes said he always thought Ditty and Cassie were a content couple with a sexual kink and never saw signs of discomfort or violence during his encounters, but he added, just the notion of being part of a situation where a woman might be facing abuse is hard to digest more in a moment. The prosecution also introduced more forensic evidence, including photos of weapons, drugs, and sex paraphernalia recovered from Ditty's Miami home. Homeland Security agent Gerald Gannon testified that agents found ar fifteen rifle parts with defaced serial numbers, a loaded handgun, and a trove of pills, powders, and marijuana, alongside baby oil, long and platform heels. Gannon explained that the proximity of weapons and sex supplies suggested a world where the threat of violence was ever present and where drugs were allegedly used to make women compliant during freak offs.

13 Jurors saw photos of a gold plated box labeled Puffy containing MDMA and mushroom capsules, as well as three cell phones hidden in a Balenciaga boot. As the day wore on, the emotional toll on the witnesses was clear. Nash broke down at several points, describing his helplessness and guilt over not being able to protect Cassie. MIA's voice trembled as she recounted the years she spent under Ditty's control, and even Charay Hayes, who once saw himself as just an entertainer, appeared shaken by the realization of what he'd been part of. The judge had to call several brief recesses to allow witnesses to compose themselves and to remind the jury of the seriousness of the allegations. Outside the court room, the atmosphere was electric. Reporters and spectators pack the halls, and the media dissected every detail of Nash's and Miya's testimony.

06 The judge denied a defense motion for mistrial over the mention of destroyed fingerprint evidence, ruling that no prejudicial information had been introduced. Ditty's legal team continues to argue that while the Mogul's relationships were unconventional and sometimes violent, they were consensual, and that the government is criminalizing his lifestyle. As the trial barrels forward, the prosecution continues to build a devastating portrait of Ditty's world, a place where fear, violence, and blackmail were routine, and where loyalty was enforced through threats and surveillance. The defense is preparing to present its own witnesses soon, hoping to counter the avalanche of damaging testimony.

47 That's where we stand after a day of bombshells, breakdowns, and legal brinkmanship. Next week, more witnesses are expected, including additional former employees and possible celebrity insiders. I'll be back Monday with every new revelation, every legal twist, and every rumor from inside and outside the courthouse. I'm Nate Oliver, and this is Did He Do It?
