They argued Fort Dix would best allow Combs to address drug abuse issues and to maximize family visitation and rehabilitative efforts. Judge granted the request, so now Combs is folding sheets in Jersey instead of sitting in Brooklyn's notorious MDC. He's already served about fourteen months of his fifty month sentence set to be released May eighth, twenty twenty eight, but he can earn reductions through participation in substance abuse treatment and other prison programs could get out earlier if he plays the game right. This week, Combs's lawyers filed with a federal appeals court asking them to quickly consider the legality of his conviction and sentence.

He'd started the night at an Airbnb, but was kicked out for exceeding occupancy limits. Moved to the Holiday Inn. Around four forty am, someone ambushed him in the parking lot. Multiple gunshots at the scene. This wasn't random. This was part of a year's long gang war in Jacksonville between rival factions. Fulio was a documented member of the Gang six Block. His alleged killers were members of two allied rival gangs, Ace's top killers, known as a t K and twelve hundred five people were charged.

That phone records showed she traveled from Jacksonville to Tampa with the four men, that she helped them avoid detection by using her cell phone and car since she wasn't part of it the gang. Hotel records and phone data proved she was there. Her boyfriend and three others carried out the shooting. She was complicit. There's no mystery man here, There's no phantom rapist who slipped off into the night. Doherty said, Wait, wrong trial, wrong quote, but you get the point. Prosecutors argued Andrew's was guilty period.

I'm reed Carter, Waukeshaw, Wisconsin, Waukeshaw County Circuit Court. Matthew Paul, fifty seven years old, is on trial for first degree intentional homicide and hiding a corpse. His longtime girlfriend, Stephanie Pavlon's forty four, was found dead and decomposing in a wooded area in September twenty twenty two. The question did Paul kill her and dump her body or did something else happen? Let's start with what we know. August twenty third, twenty twenty two. Paul and Pavlons lived together in Waukeshaw on and off relationship for twenty years turbulent.
