At approximately three pm Eastern, the jury sent their sixth note to Judge Arun Subramanian with stunning news. They have reached a partial verdict on four of the five charges against Combs, but remain deadlocked on the most serious count, racketeering conspiracy. The jury's note specifically stated they have unpersuadable views on the racketeering charge, legal terminology that suggests at least one juror is absolutely refusing to convict or acquit on that count. This is the charge that could send Ditty to prison for life.
