Chris is the Sinyi Professor of Chinese Management at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School and the author of the award-winning book Better Business: How the B Corp Movement is Remaking Capitalism. Chris Marquis is the Sinyi Professor of Chinese Management at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School and the author of the award-winning book Better Business: How the B Corp Movement is Remaking Capitalism. Prior to joining Cambridge, Marquis was the Samuel C. Johnson Professor in Sustainable Global Enterprise at Cornell University, and before that spent 10 years at Harvard Business School. His research and teaching focus on how businesses are creating a more resilient and sustainable capitalism by focusing on the elusive triple bottom line of environmental, social and financial performance.
