Why the Best Career Moves Begin Before You Feel Ready | with Anju Jain
What if the uncertainty you're feeling isn't a sign to stop—but an invitation to grow?
Some of the most meaningful chapters in life begin long before we feel completely ready. This conversation explores what happens when you choose courage over certainty.
Signature Quote
"You cannot be intentional if you're not self-aware."
Everything in this conversation circles back to this simple truth. Before we can lead others, make bold decisions, or pursue meaningful work, we have to understand ourselves first.
Career paths rarely unfold exactly as we imagine. Sometimes the opportunities that shape us most are the ones we never planned to pursue.
In this episode, I sit down with executive coach, leadership expert, author, and entrepreneur Anju Jain for a conversation about embracing uncertainty, making courageous career pivots, and discovering that growth often begins long before confidence catches up. What I appreciated most was how honest she was about fear—not as something to conquer, but as something that can actually help us make wiser decisions.
Along the way, we explore leadership, self-awareness, purpose, and the people who quietly shape our journeys in ways we often don't recognize until much later. It's thoughtful, reflective, and filled with those moments that make you pause and reconsider the stories you've been telling yourself about what's possible.
If you're standing at a crossroads—or simply wondering what your next chapter could look like—this conversation might arrive at exactly the right time.
