About Tom Morrison
Tom Morrison is a 1990 graduate of Florida State University with a B.S. in Finance. He began his career in association management in 1995 as an Executive Vice President hired to assume the role of CEO of the Florida Automotive Industry Association. In late 2005, Tom was hired by the Metal Treating Institute as Executive Vice President to assume the role of CEO in 2008. Tom has been instrumental in helping MTI drive growth in their member value proposition, trade show, annual conferences, online technical training, and use of technology. Through Tom’s leadership and ability to embrace change, MTI’s net worth has grown over 1,000% since 2006.
In 2015, Tom became a Certified Life Coach and authored a new ground breaking book on personal development called How to Get People to Scream Your Name and Beg For More. The book shares the 4 components everyone needs to be focused on in their life to achieve the best quality of life possible.
Tom is a nationally sought after speaker on the topics of maximizing member value/engagement, marketplace disruption and personal development.
Tom is active in the Florida Society of Association Executives, Council of Manufacturing Executives, and American Society of Association Executives. In 2012, due to peer recognition of Tom’s professionalism, business innovation, and passion, he was named the FSAE Association Executive of the Year.
Tom’s passion is inspiring people, professionals and companies to maximize their success in seizing the opportunities that are coming their way. Tom is married and has three married children in their 20’s.

KiKi has hosted Association Chat since 2009. “#AssnChat” has evolved from a weekly chat on Twitter to a weekly interactive live streaming interview and podcast with quarterly in-person events, focused on the latest news, tips, and how-to’s for the modern day Association Professional.
In her day job, KiKi is CEO and founder of Amplified Growth, a digital marketing consultancy specializing in SEO, social media, and content strategy for associations and for-profit clients. She travels around the country for speaking and training engagements with organizations like American Society of Association Executives, QVC, and National Beer Wholesalers Association among many, many others. You can also find KiKi online serving as faculty and corporate trainer for Mediabistro's online courses in social media and you can read her work as a contributing author in the book, Social Networking for Nonprofits: Increasing Engagement in a Mobile and Web 2.0 World (ASAE, 2010).
