Paula Gonzalez is the director of member relations for the Produce Marketing Association (PMA), a global trade association representing the fresh produce and floral industries and she is currently serving as vice chair of the ASAE Gold Circle Awards Committee.

Chris Young is high school division director at DECA Inc. He has more than ten years of professional experience in association management, specializing in the education sector. As a member of ASAE, he (and his organization) is a three-time Gold Circle award winner. (Just as a special side note, bragging on Chris a little bit, he is also a 2016 USAE and Association Forum Forty Under 40 honoree.
