Larry started in the collection industry in 1979 shortly after serving in the US Army.  His unique path in the industry had him spend 6 years managing inside a Fortune 500 industry before becoming a founding partner in his current operation at Quality Asset Recovery in operation for the last 18 years.  His path has also included hundreds of public speaking engagements usually presenting his “Dream, Believe, Achieve” seminar on the power of goal planning.  He has served for the past several years as the President of the NJ Chapter of the ACA and has served the international organization on various committees and on the board of the ACA holding company.
